They do not send the items and they do not answer messages. Avoid!

Poor Quality Products and No Response to Complaint

I ordered a Box of 100 Overgrips Vibor-a Smooth (Multicolor) from Deportes Total (Order #EN007873, placed on 16/08/2025).

Unfortunately, the quality is extremely poor. After only 45 minutes of normal play, the overgrips were already badly worn and damaged — completely unacceptable for a product of this price.

I contacted customer service with photos and a detailed complaint, but I have not received any response. This lack of communication and accountability is very disappointing and unprofessional.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience — poor product quality combined with no customer support.

I bought a Nox racket in January, ML 10 Quantum 2025. After 5 months, it broke in the middle on a light volley. Unfortunately, Deportes Total does not respond to my emails. I therefore contacted NOX directly. NOX responded to me immediately. Deportes Total must send a letter of guarantee to NOX. Then NOX will cover the damage. Why doesn't Deportes Total do this?
Compré una raqueta Nox en enero, la ML 10 Quantum 2025. Después de 5 meses, se rompió por la mitad con una volea ligera. Lamentablemente, Deportes Total no responde a mis correos electrónicos. Por lo tanto, contacté directamente con NOX. NOX me respondió de inmediato. Deportes Total debe enviar una carta de garantía a NOX. Entonces NOX cubrirá los daños. ¿Por qué Deportes Total no lo hace?

My adidas metalbone 3.4 hrd broke after 3 months of use. It broke just by playing normally, on the racket face, wich u read a lot on the internet. I’ve never hit the glass or fence or anything. Bij looking at the pictures u can just immediatly tell its an faulty product.

I’ve tried contacting them via whats app and email telling them my issues with my padel racket, but they simply don’t reply… I’ve also filled in a warranty claim form, but on that they also don’t reply.

I’m very dissapointed because it was an expensive racket, wich broke by just playing de game of padel.

I placed an order on their website on 17 June. My credit card has been charged with the full amount of order. Since then my order status has not changed and the order has not been shipped. I am desperately trying to reach the company through all communication means but have not had any success. They are not responding to my mails, neither answer the phone calls. Very sad experience.
