DepositPack helps UK renters prepare a clear tenancy deposit dispute pack before they contact a landlord, letting agent, or deposit protection scheme. If you are facing proposed deductions for cleaning, damage, missing items, or wear and tear, it can be hard to know where to start. Photos, emails, inventory notes, receipts, and messages often sit in different places. DepositPack brings them together into one structured pack: a formal dispute letter, evidence index, timeline, and responses to each deduction. You can build and preview your pack before paying, so you know what you are getting. When you are ready, unlock the full PDF download for a one-off fee — no subscription. The tool is designed for disputes handled through TDS, DPS, and MyDeposits, and for tenants who want to respond clearly without starting from a blank document. DepositPack does not provide legal advice or guarantee any outcome. It is a practical organisation tool for renters who want their evidence presented clearly, consistently, and professionally — especially when check-in records are missing or deductions feel unfair. Built for UK tenants, mobile-friendly, and focused on one job: helping you prepare your side of the story before you submit a dispute or seek further advice.

Exceptional service

Very happy with this. I was advised by many to use this and was honestly taken aback that something this inexpensive produce something this professional, I thought about paying my solicitor to write it yet there was no need after all. Thank you DepositPack!
