Really great 1st experience as a…

Really great 1st experience as a tenant. My landlord saod he had completed my return his end and was waiting for me to accept however I wasnt recieving the emails - called and within 4mins realised my email address was incorrect on their system, changed and new email sent within seconds. All sorted and off the phone - fast and friendly service from Michelle.

Very slow to release the deposit

Very slow to release the deposit. It is hard to tell who is at fault, the letting agent or the deposit protection service.
Two months after my son died I still don’t have the deposit back. We cleared the flat and handed keys back within 2 weeks and according to the tenancy agreement we should have had the deposit returned within 10 days. We are now on day 40 and still no money back.

Didn’t like not being able to get a PDF…

Didn’t like not being able to get a PDF email for a statutory single claim form
I was not able to print it off with all the details!
I do hope that the form that is sent to me by post has a prepaid envelope inside.
Myself and the tenant have tried to change the tenants email address, no luck on this matter!!
If for example you copy an email address from the mailbox the paste it’s missing a letter which makes the email address invalid.
Correct Email address
[Note The double letters at the end of the surname!]

Helpful staff

I had a problem with negotiating the website and then needed to amend something. I emailed the company and both times, received prompt replies which resolved my issues which put my mind at ease.

Awful company

Awful company! Do put your money there people who work there they do not have any clue for anything, Horrible company AVOID THEM! They do not want give the deposit back!

Absolutely atrocious service from Sharon

Keeps getting removed as if we don’t have a say in expressing our feeling towards this organisation, and overall service !

Review should not be deleted !

Went back to the phone and to say the experience and over service received by that so called self serving manager Sharon was beyond pathetic and horrendous. How does an organisation like this employ such a poor serviced individual like this is beyond me. Avoid at all cost!
