Easy to purchase, love the product and realy like the swivel camera. The only gripe I have is the the normal orientation and the flip relative to the up and down of the camera. Wish it flip up and down the same with the camera up and down.

The Product ist very well made and of high quality!

I expected the camera to also include a speaker, but it does not, so it is of very little use to me.

Not so great. You are asking for a review before I have even received the product. I assume it is lost in china somewhere

I looked around for a bore scope,having had another brand that worked but was low quality, and saw Depstech being used.Being a shop owner a bore scope is used often and the articulation is a bonus when inspecting cylinder bores,over top of fuel tanks and etc.
This is the tool that won't be borrowed, I'll let them use my old one though.

I ordered a dual lense scope with 16.5 ft snake and 5 inch screen. And the carrying case for the unit to.keep it protected and all the parts together. The tracking number showed the complete order coming. When received it was only the carrying case and it.now.shows the order complete and I have yet to receive the borescope. They have no co tact number to speak with anyone. Only sending email and to this point I have yet to receive a response from them to find out.if their was a mistake? Is there another package coming I didn't get a tracking number for? I know people and companies make mistakes. Nothing is perfect. But not having a customer service number to not get this resolved in a timely manner would of.been a deal breaker for.me. had I known in advance. I didn't order the borescope because I needed it in 3 months. I am in need of it now amd have no way to get an update or resolution. Or even have any clue if they will ever respond I will update this in a couple days whether good or bad.

Great product works great.

I still have not received my product after 2 weeks!? After ordering, the delivery date was changed. Now it says it'll be roughly 3 weeks for delivery.

Everything went great other than the shipping. Unfortunately, this is the tool that I needed the most to work on small engines.

Giving better shipping options would be helpful. Hopefully it arrives when it says it will and not update to a layer date again.

I will leave a product review if I receive the product.

UPDATE: DEPSTECH came through and got things sorted out and got my package to me ASAP! I was very impressed with they're handling of the situation. So much so that I will continue to buy their products. They showed they cared enough about they're customers to make things right. Kudos to them! 5 stars for how they handled it!!!

Also, the item l bought is great l absolutely love it. I'll be buying the articulating endoscope as well.
