I ordered a wi fi endoscope some years ago when they cost about $200. It worked rather well though I didn’t use it much. But when I needed it most the solder connecting the charging plug inside the cheap Chinesium control box broke, making it unusable. I ordered another one but got a version not compatible with my iPhone. When I contacted the company their attitude was “you ordered the wrong one too bad.” I still need an endoscope so I ordered the correct one by express. Apparently their idea of “express” is different from mine because 5 days later it hasn’t even shipped yet. It’s on track to arrive slower than the first but at the higher shipping cost. I hope I can get the stupid thing and have it work at least once but my hopes aren’t high at this point.

They were quick to deliver a high quality. I work for an automotive manufacturer and sometimes I need to see into areas that I cannot otherwise see into. It has made my job alot less frustrating.

It has been three weeks and package has not arrived yet. Depstech responded fast. Problem was with slow mail not with Depstech. DS580 is impressive; the hard case will protect this quality instrument getting bounced around, the image display is clear and showing good detail, the whole kit smacks of quality. I am ordering another one as a gift to a relative.

Arrived as claimed.
Regarding the DS580 - it does what Depstech claim:
robust, sharp and clear picture out put.
Still using and getting used to the endoscope, not to mentioned the rugged casing.
All's well.

The thing worked for a minute, then I set it aside to address other issues. When I tried to get the image back, it would not connect to my iphone. Go figure. The most frustrating part though, is that there is no way to connect to technical assistance on your website.

I was initially given a confusing update about shipping status (maybe an incorrect tracking number) but a quick email reply cleared up the confusion and the product arrived right on time.

Chinese company with no European office. I tried to send back a product that wasn't working and they gave me an address at Prague Airport. The package got stuck in customs and they said it was my responsibility to ensure it got to the address. Awful customer service.

The product worked as expected out of the box. The wifi connection between my iPhone and the camera wifi adapter was fairly straightforward. I've used the product several times and the wifi connection is easily established every time. The camera is satisfactory and the image quality is good. The device is inexpensive and all told is a good value.

Product arrived on time (just over 1 week after ordered). Used it last week, and it worked really well.
