Orderd a pair of frames and wheels
,Parts were missing from the frames, contacted their customer service and nothing was done about the issue, i had to order the missing parts from another company at a cost of 18 euro.
Money is not an issue, more how they they handled the issue , will use other companies in the future

All boxes are checked with der-rollenshop.
The Paymement and Delivery options( DHL Express)
makes it possible to have the goods the next day.
The confirmation emails and the updates are prompt and iuseful to track the shipment.

The shipment from germany to EEUU took 15 days, they sent by usps, that carrier asked about sign to can drop the package.
Tha roller is good quality, and everything was ok. I don’t put 5 start because i had some issue to do payment by international cerdit card i did that by paypal.

Delivery was fast and all the products I ordered arrived complete and in good shape.

BTW, their movemax / rollenshop wheels are a great value. Incredible quality at low price. Had I known, I would have never bought Iqon wheels. As much as I love FR Space Invaders, Kings, and Uptown, I personally believe movemax / rollenshop is better.
