Fast service and reasonable price.
Fast service and reasonable price.
I sent a message on Derby EPC Services website requesting an updated EPC for my property in preparation for putting it on the market since the old one had expired.
I was contacted back very quickly and offered slots for the next 24 hours or further out to get the certificate sorted.
Phil fitted in with our availability, visited and did a thorough check of the property in around 45 minutes and then provided the certificate very quickly afterwards.
The price was very reasonable for such a fast and professional service. I would highly recommend trying Derby EPC Services if you are looking for an EPC assessment of your property.
