What a brilliant experience, making a stressful day so much easier to navigate. The team were on time, offered great communication and didn't bat an eyelid when our keys were late which we really appreciated as we were incredibly stressed. Great value, amazing service.

The guys were brilliant! They moved us from our 3 bed house into our 4 bed. Jason kept in contact with us before about what we would be moving and called a few days before to sort things for the day. They arrived on time with extra boxes in case we needed them and coverings for TVs and sofas. They were all lovely through the day and we had my Partners 7 year old off as she was poorly and they were chatting to her and playing eye spy whilst they were bringing boxes back and forth. They didn’t stop moving all day and did an amazing job. Before the move I said we didn’t have that much and suggested they come a bit later but Jason advised they come early and if they finish before the House completed they would wait around rather than moving us into the House in the evening. Really lovely team and am using again in a few weeks to get some more things from storage

I used jay and craig for a house move, very professional and couldn’t do enough for me, would recommend to everyone, have used them for little jobs and nothing is to much trouble, great job you do guys and very reliable 👍🏻

Enquired at around 6 and he was here for 7 which was brilliant! Top bloke got the waste all moved and really good service. Great price aswell. Will use again for sure.

Brilliant service

Derby Van man was amazing, went over and above to pick up, store new furniture that I had no room for and move me from one house to another. Punctual, friendly, helpful and reasonably priced, even got me a carpenter for an awkward wardrobe that just did not want to go up the stairs, cannot recommend enough.

I messaged Jason Saturday and today(Mon) himself and Craig arrived to take away my dismantled shed, to waste disposal, a price was agreed and they were very tidy fabulous job guys well done 🙂

I contacted Jason as I wanted some rubbish from my garden removed. We arranged a time and date and he duly turned up as agreed. He explained to me that he was fully licensed and informed me how the rubbish removals worked using Magferns for recycling. Proper recycling comes at a cost too. We agreed a price and the rubbish was taken immediately. They have 2 vans, one for rubbish removals and one for house moves so if house moving, people’s stuff doesn’t get dirty. Very friendly guys and will be using them again. Not the cheapest but you have the comfort of knowing that your rubbish is being disposed of properly and that you won’t be ending up with a £500 fine if your rubbish ends up being illegally fly tipped by unscrupulous rubbish collectors. Once you understand how the costs are distributed it is actually a very fair price. You pay for what you get. Would highly recommend to anybody.

Ok, having contacted the lads via Facebook Market place and telling them of my budget and sending pictures, they offered to come around later in the day to see the job, I hoped they’d be able to do the job for me immediately, sadly after looking at the job they decided they couldn’t use the van they were in as not to get it dirty, as they use it for removals.
I explained I needed it doing ASAP they then explained their other van was in the garage, which in truth made me a feel a little doubtful that it would be done.

They then asked for a deposit, although I’m not sure why as it was in their interest to do the job, “ in hindsight I shouldn’t have done this and could have lost money instantly” but I still allowed this and they then left with the promise to come back and do the job.

In all honesty I wondered if I would see them again, but at the end of the week Jason messaged to say they could do it the following Monday, I told him I’d got someone else in as I couldn’t wait, and he kindly offered to return my deposit, which I’m sure there are some traders that wouldn’t! “So Top marks for that.

So in brief, after a rocky start, they actually turned out to be honourable and decent and I would certainly recommend them and even use them again myself in the future.
