Appears to be a government site: ISN'T

This appears to be a government site, by page and URL, but it is in fact a private company. So you pay them 30 Euro per document, plus a fee to expedite, and then when you receive the document, the government office itself charges you again. Nice trick.

Not delivering and not compensating

I reached out to ask for the status of my order after I did not receive any document for over 2 months. The order has not been fulfilled until then, and when I asked to cancel and refund they declined because they just fulfilled the order. 2 months too late. Not delivering AND no goodwill to compensate. Very disappointing customer experience

Stay away

Stay away! This website is a scam! Payment was done via paypal, but no confirmation received and if course no documents. The contact form on the website is not even working so you cannot even effectively follow-up or complain.
