Been weeks for this already paid for via VISA product. My father has not received anything but heartache. Reading some reviews I would encourage people not to get "SCAMMED" by online adverts for this so called product. Do your homework before giving your credit card information. BUYER BEWARE!

Impossible return policy -
I ordered a Derila Ergo pillow and opened it briefly to test it by lying down for a few minutes. I did not use it overnight.
When I requested a return, I was offered a 20% discount to keep it. After declining, I was told the product must be in original packaging and essentially unopened to qualify for a return.
This makes it impossible to evaluate the product and still be eligible for a refund. This restriction was not clearly communicated before purchase.
