Awful. Dont buy it
First the two pillow arrive wrapped in more plastic than a small country would use in a year. Ridiculous. No regard for the environment. Tiny pillows were in the middle of this heap of plastic. Supposed to grow in 6 to 8 hours. That has not happened. When in a pillow cover, very hard to figure out how to actually use the pillow. I give up.

I ordered a pilow ar derila. I was not happy with it and wanted to dend it back. That was a problem, really not easy so I forgot about it but after a couple of months they refund my money.

After 20 mails, they refuse refund saying that they van only annul an order the 24 first hours.

Buyer beware of this company which claims to be Australian. It is Lithuanian and the pillows are made in China. The product arrived but was substandard, e.g. the pillow cover zipper broke as I was putting it on the pillow. I doubt the pillow is memory foam, the small pillows are way too small for adults (regular pillow cases are too large to use) and therefore expensive. I'll be using them in my small dog's bed, which was another buyer's suggestion.

Complete fraudsters from start to finish!!! I ordered a memory foam pillow and was sent a sub standard cheap piece of foam that does not work! Tried to get a refund and return but was refused and tried to escalate to the managers and directors of these con artists and also given the runaround by an "offshore" call centre; long story short get your money back via Klarna/PayPal or your bank/credit card company with a chargeback or Section 75...the Lithuanian scammers should be hunted down and forced physically to pay back every single person who they have deliberately defrauded!!! If I could give ZERO stars here then I would...Klarna fraud team are now investigating so I'll update this review in one week...AVOID THESE CROOKS and report them to Action Fraud/the Police

BUYER BEWARE. They do not honor their own return policy! This pillow did not expand to a soft memory foam. I don't think its real memory foam. They REFUSED TO REFUND ME or accept a return. I had to go through PayPal resolution to get them to respond. They only offered partial refund. THEY ARE NOT ETHICAL AND PRACTICE BAD BUSINESS, in my opinion.

Order 3 pillows
Order 3 pillows. Next day I got a phone call selling up the pillow cases. Pillows never turned up. After many phone calls with no results I cancelled the pillow order and got a refund. Now I'm left with 3 useless pillow cases. The pillow cases were unused but out of the packaging. Having had to pay the cost of returning them, I had them returned to me with no refund. PS I was offered a cookbook for my troubles!

ordered pillows and covers on the 6 June 2024 at 09:10 order confirmed, I realised they were sending two different types of covers. A pop up during check out to add. But you can't delete them.
I contacted Derilla straight after I realised this via email 6 Jun 2024, 18:08 stating I only wanted one type of pillow case, and please remove the one kind and refund the money.

"Thanks for your email and offer. However, I don't really want anything else, and as I said I would prefer the refund of the regular pillow slips please. However if this is an issue, then please cancel and refund my entire order, as I really don't like not having control over items that I select to order. And I understand it may be easier and cleaner to cancel the entire order than segregate parts of it."

12 Jun 2024, 14:01 Stating I don't want the order, that I had told them well in advance to picking, packing or shipping, that I wasn't happy and to please cancel the entire order.
They finally responded on the 13th June, stating that if I want a refund I had to return the items first, so think about it.
It just goes on and on, and then suggest the donation for Ukrain. Emails continued back and forth 26,27,28 & 29th June I then emailed again 2nd Aug it is Still not resolved. I unsubscribed from them and still haven't had any refund I should not have to ship back to another country when they knew in advance.

Total scam! They forced me to buy insurance after I had already entered my card information and I had no way to cancel the insurance, or my order. No way to contact them and very shady returns policy. Avoid this scammy company at all costs.

I ordered a large pillow using PayPal, and was automatically confirmed for two pillows. I was not able to correct the order. Pretty good scam! I suggest ordering stuff in the future through Amazon. And to add insult to injury, the pillows suck.
Hopefully they will work as liners in the dog beds. So, save your money and look elsewhere. Jack

I like many others writing reviews fell for the ordered 1 got 4 pillows and when I called to amend the order was offered a discount to keep all 4 which I took.
If that had of been the end of it I probably wouldn't be writing this review, however they have harassed me ever since trying to sell me pillow cases etc.
I asked to be removed from their contact list and not be called again and told them I wasn't interested, I blocked their number but they just keep calling back from different numbers.
I don't know how to get this company to stop contacting me, they are making my life a misery as everytime the phone rings with a number I don't recognise I feel anxiety. My number is 0484 198 XXX and my name is Andrew - please don't call me anymore.
The ordering web is not safe
The ordering web is not safe. Credit card is charged automatically and there is no option to review the order and approve payment before you get charged. I was using the ordering web on 28th April and was only able to check what was ordered on e-mail. I realized that the order was incorrect and sent an e-mail immediately to cancel the order but it was not possible to cancel. I was charged on April 28th before the order was sent. It arrived by YUNEXPRESS and I asked to return it to the sender. However, there was no address on the packages to return and YUNEXPRESS refused to send it back. It is still in front of my house awaiting pickup and charges are disputed with my credit card provider.

This company is a total scam! They are ripping you off from the second you hit the order button. I ordered ONE pillow from them on April 8 at 8:32 am. As soon as I hit the order button my order was switched to FOUR pillows. I immediately contacted the company to say that they had the number of pillows ordered wrong, that I had only ordered ONE pillow but have been charged for FOUR! I received an email at 8:36 am same day from them saying first that they were experiencing a high volume of emails and their might be a delay in their response to me. I assume this was because everyone that had ordered from them was being scammed the same way I was and their order had been changed to many more pillows than they had really ordered. I emailed them again and got the same response at 8:41 am. I received another email at 9:55 am telling me that my order had already sorted and processed, which means that they were unable to make any adjustments. To compensate for the inconvenience, they would provide digital gifts, blah, blah, blah and that there was a 30 day return policy if I needed to return the items once I received them.
I received the order and contacted the company immediately to receive a return mailing label and instructions and found that they had to be returned to Lithuania!!!!!! Shipping on that would cost more than they had charged me for the pillows. The pillows were shipped from New York, but could not be returned there. I then looked into this company with the Better Business Bureau and their online reviews and found that they have been scamming many others in exactly the same way they scammed me. One person said they paid the return shipping to Lithuania and their return was never acknowledged and they received no refund for the inflated order this company is doing on purpose!!!!!
I want a full refund from this company and an address inside the United States where I can send the THREE Pillows I did not order, plus a prepaid shipping label to return these THREE pillows I did not order.

Please do not order from this company! Read the reviews below - I wish I had! You order one pillow and when the charge goes through you find you've 'bought' 4... and surprise surprise they make it extremely difficult and costly to return. I wish I could give them NO STARS! This company is completely unethical. It is a total scam. No matter what you order you will get 4 pillows and 4 extra cases and a tiny box of soap sheets. I think its sheets didn’t open any of it. I had the exact same experience as everyone else has stated. You can’t deal with them because they’re crooks! This is how they think it’s okay to treat people. Must be something else to live in that country. They are sick and I hope they get what they deserve.

As everybody has said before I thought I had ordered one pillow but they had discreetly circled 4 in a place you don't notice. I rang them straight away but they immediately told me it was too late. When you try to return them they make it virtually impossible. With sheer perseverance I managed to get a returns address and I returned 2. I had apparently paid £99.96 plus postage for 4. This works out at £24.95 a pillow but they will only refund £30.00 for 2 and as a favour they are not going to charge me for them having to put the pillows back into their stock. Plus I had the cost of returning them to Lithuania. Do not do business with them. I do a lot of shopping on line and have never come across any company so bad. Wish I'd looked on Trust Pilot before I ordered. Scam.
I was ordering 1 (ONE) pillow
I was ordering 1 (ONE) pillow, but on the place order page, as I was clicking to place order I noticed that I was actually ordering 4 (FOUR)!! I called their phone number IMMEDIATELY and was told that the mistake was taken care of. I found no email as confirmation of this, or of my order at all. When the package was finally delivered I received 4 pillows. I called them and was told that the cancellation had been verified, but the order was already in - again, I called IMMEDIATELY after I clicked the order. I was told nothing could be done but to return what I did not want AT MY EXPENSE! It was their fault that I received 4 because I was told the mistake had been fixed and it was not! AND to return the 3 that I do not need is too much. Also, when I called about receiving 4 instead of 1 I was told that an email was sent to me with the address for the return. I RECEIVED NO EMAIL FOR THE ORDER, VERIFICATION THAT I WOULD RECEIVE 1 PILLOW, OR AN EMAIL WITH THE ADDRESS TO RETURN THE 3 PILLOWS THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SENT TO ME ( AS I WAS TOLD I WOULD). This company has lied to me twice, and I am ANGRY. The process to return (the 3 pillows that is their mistake) is ridiculous!! This company is very bad.
