Lack of customer care and sneaky policies
Unfortunately a bad experience with this company. I purchased a dress (that part was a great experience) and it was sent to me very quickly, I asked if I could return for a full refund before I purchased just in case it didn’t fit, which the customer service representative said yes I could. Upon receiving the dress it didn’t fit, so I emailed customer service again asking if I could return for a refund, and they replied yes send it back and we’ll process the refund. They proceeded to issue me a credit note instead of a refund, because it was a day over their two week policy, even though both times I spoke to customer service, they never mentioned this policy. They stopped replying to me when I questioned this as unfair, so I commended on their Instagram, a comment which they deleted and still haven’t heard from them. Very sneaky with their policies and definitely don’t care about their customers, and now I am stuck with a credit note for a company I don’t wish to buy from again. Can’t say the dress was worth the price either!
