As a newby injector in aesthetics it would have helpful to have had more information on protocols, pharmacy recommendations etc. There was a significant range of abilities attending the course.

She is an expert in her craft. You only want injector nurses trained under her.
Her knowledge and skills with the needle are the best in Perth . I believe she works at the Youth Lab . Track her down

I’ve done two courses so far with dermainstitute. Both amazing quality training by experienced aestheticians with real world and current knowledge. Really feel I’m learning from the best.

I really enjoyed the recap of theory and the practical thereafter. It was a very positive experience, on both the 25 & 26th making me wanting more much more in the area of aesthetics training.
The Trainers were Brilliant , professional, knowledgeable, kind and considerate.
However I felt that there was a considerable amount of time wasteage between theory too long a lunch break and actual start of practicals.
I felt there was sufficient time wasteage which could have been allocated instead to practise .
Apart from the outstanding trainers, the friendly and professional administrator and an overall positive experience, I think we could have got a bit more practise included on the course.

I attended the Booster Course with Derma Institute on 16 April 2026, and it was my first course with them. Having worked across the aesthetics, beauty and medical industries for 20 years, I feel I am well placed to give a genuine review. With so much competition out there now, it can be difficult to know which training providers offer the right standard, value and credibility. This company was recommended to me by a friend in the industry, and a doctor I work with also looked into it and felt it was a very credible provider.
The course itself was a full-day training course in skin boosters. The first half of the day focused on theory, and the second half was dedicated to practical training. What stood out most to me was the practical side of the course. Louise was my trainer for this part of the day, and she was absolutely exceptional. We were able to work on multiple models, which gave me a real sense of confidence by the end of the session. That level of hands-on practice is quite rare, and unlike many courses where you can still leave feeling quite new and unsure, I came away feeling genuinely confident in what I had learnt.
Louise deserves particular credit. She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and supportive throughout. She shared so many useful tips, observed each practitioner carefully, and gave clear guidance and feedback the whole way through. Everyone in my group commented on how brilliant she was.
I thoroughly enjoyed the course and, because of how positive the experience was, I have already booked on to the Polynucleotide Course. If you are looking for high-quality training, good value for money, experienced trainers and a provider you can feel confident in, I would wholeheartedly recommend Derma Institute. Five stars from me, with special thanks to Louise for making the practical training so outstanding.

I took the combined Botox and filler course with Derma Institute, and overall it was a great experience. The online modules were well-structured and helpful, but the in-person training was especially valuable.

I had the opportunity to train with RN injector Coco, who is incredibly knowledgeable and an excellent teacher. She shared many practical tips and techniques to improve injection skills and was very patient and supportive, especially when we were working through more challenging injections.

I really enjoyed the training with Coco and found it to be a worthwhile investment.

I really enjoyed our Botox and dermal filler training on Saturday - Susie especially was fantastic. The attendees were prodominently doctors and surgeons, but there were also nurses, dentists and dental therapists. I would be keen to return to do the skin booster or polynucleotide course - I think it would be great if you offered a Botox and polynucleotide one day course for people who do not want to do fillers in the future.

I am so glad I chose to go with derma institute. I have had such a good experience it’s beyond words. Notably Jasmine (clinic manager) the best there is in the game. There’s not been a time where I have asked something and she hasn’t gone above and beyond to support me. She is a true Gem. As well as all the girls there on the day, they always do whatever is needed to support us.
And I also want to mention Dr Firhaas, he is the kindest doctor I have come across. So talented, calm and composed. I spent an entire afternoon clinic with him and I can’t express my gratitude for the patience he has and the approach to teaching and accommodating he is to his students.
I would genuinely hand on heart only recommend this institute when it comes to quality and professionalism.
