I ordered from Dermologica FR. my order arrived with no paid product in the box. just a couple os small sample sachets and papers.
Second time around the replacement has arrived to day, exactly the same ! There is no mention on the delivery paper inside of my paid product, just the sample sachets.
This is a complete waste of time. I advise you not to use this site and buy somewhere else. Now I have to wait for a refund!!
Dermalogica is my favorite skin care line because their products actually do what they promise, and their customer service is excellent. I’ve been using their products for two months and have visibly noticed a significant difference in my skin including fewer lines, supple, smoother skin and smaller pores. (My husband even noticed.) Their products are guaranteed so if you’re not happy, they’ll refund your money even if the bottle is empty. When I’ve had questions about a particular product, a live person answered them. I recently wanted to try a new Dermalogica product, but didn’t want to spend the money. I asked a customer service rep, and they sent me a free sample. I didn’t even have to pay for the shipping. My favorites are the micellar prebiotic precleanse, pro-collagen banking serum, and sound sleep cocoon gel. I also love their eye creams. I have extremely sensitive skin and are prone to allergic reactions, but not with Dermalogica. You can’t go wrong with any of their products.
No customer service. Fake Irish website. I had a few hundred euro of product in my basket and was about to pay, however I saw that despite using the .ie website the goods were going to be shipped from the UK.
I decided to contact their customer service and check this but after 2 queries and 6 days I’ve yet to get an answer.
I made a purchase in Spain in their web and the issue of shipping charges is not well expressed. I called by phone to discuss it, they say that to compensate they are going to send me something and then they don't.
Then I asked some information about products, the person told me he is not the expert, but he will send the info to my mail, never did.
So, they are not really professional at all with the high standards of this company.
Also the gift samples that they sent me with my purchase, in poor condition I have thrown them away.
