Very much overpriced and only interested in maximizing their income

So not customer related and rude. Save yourself and do not think of going there.

I have been treated at Dermanence and specifically by Doctor Marianne Meli, both for dermatological and beauty needs. I have encountered a highly competent and kind professional, who has always found the right therapies, interventions and long terms treatments for me, exceeding my expectations in results. The whole Team shows the same professionalism and human touch on a consistent base.

Just another practice franchise set up to help you burn through your krankenkasse. Someone has spent alot of money making this place look inviting and marketable but the advise was below standard and didnt help. I felt like the staff had just finished school.

I went in for a light dermatitis issue. First appointment advised wash hair in off the shelf Detadine, had to rearrange a 2nd appointment in March as was sick but when i went in they advised a cortizone cream for eczema so clearly wasnt getting better then booked a 3rd appointment and was sick again so they charged me CHF 100 for having to rearrange it the morning of the appointment even though I asked to rearrange it.

They kept the fine in place so I went elsewhere and got better advise and proper treatment.

Read the comments. Just because a company has the name like "Dermanence" doesnt make them a specialist. Ive been to "Planet Burger" and I didnt walk away thinking they had the best burger on the planet.
