10/10 for Rosacea

I have been battling rosacea for a few years now. I’ve tried everything from drugstore to high end products, watched countless videos from dermatologists in YouTube and had little success. I feel like Dermatica has given me such peace with my skin. The initial evaluation was thorough. I now have a simple routine that doesn’t take ages and am finally seeing improvement. I’d absolutely recommend their service and products.

I been trying to cancel my subscription for the longest but y'all want to email me and ask me how is it going y'all need to do your job and cancel that subscription.

The product I received isn’t working…

The product I received isn’t working for me. The Melasma hasn’t improved at all and so I’ll discontinue the product. Retin a with Azeliac acid doesn’t my situation.

Wonderful experience

I’ve really been enjoying my personalized formula (Tretinoin .025% & Hydroquinone 4% cream). I’ve noticed my sun spots hve started to fade. Dermatica also has such wonderful customer service! I was experiencing some dryness with my first formula and they quickly made an adjustment without any hassle.

Dermatica is fantastic

Dermatica is fantastic! I love that I'm under the care of board certified dermatologists. The treatment is reasonably priced and effective. Customer service is top notch, they always respond quickly and are very helpful. I love seeing the results, I would highly recommend them!

I feel there is a miscommunication with…

I feel there is a miscommunication with the shipping department and customer service. I was asked whether I was happy with .025 tret and 8 percent azelaic acid. Before I had a chance to answer to customer service within like an hour my new prescription was shipped. It was a higher dose and I would have preferred to wait a bit before increasing the dose. I decided to give the new prescription a try. Depending on what happens I will contact customer service. I tried to change the presciption but it had already shipped. I think customer service and the shipping department need to work together.

I've been using dermatica for about a…

I've been using dermatica for about a year now. I absolutely love my results with the tret and their serum and moisturizer. Recently I asked for them to increase the tret a bit which they did and I was looking forward to the increase. The end of January the order was shipped and on the 18th it was "delivered". When I went to my mailbox about an hour after, no package. I filed a missing package report with USPS but as usual got zero justice from them. They claim it showed delivered and that's that even if she put it the wrong mailbox they didn't care. I was so upset because I live on an extremely fixed income and couldn't afford to spend another $60 for a replacement 2 month supply. So I messaged Dermatica and explained the situation thinking it was a long shot but boy was I wrong. They immediately shipped out a 2 month replacement and I received it within the week. I cannot tell you how wonderful customer service was about this because in all honesty, they could've said there was nothing they could do. They didn't. I will tell you that I'm now a customer for life. As long as I'm using tret and skin care, I will only buy it from dermatica. I couldn't thank them enough for being such a great company. Turns out someone was stealing packages out of our mailboxes as my neighbor was also hit but decided they were going to catch the thieves and put up an infrared camera. Thank you Dermatica❣️

This product is amazing

This product is amazing. it has completely rid my skin of cystic acne - I don't get any more "monthly" flare ups. My skin looks even-toned and smooth again. I'm very, very happy. It took 3ish months before everything started to work, so be patient - it's worth the wait.

Trust me, you need this

The product works well and a little goes a long way! Definitely a noticeable difference in fine lines. If I skip a day I notice it. This is now a staple in my routine.

No improvement Actually customer service is great

Actually customer service is great. It’s been 3 months but I have not seen any changes on my skin. Last time I mentioned and I was informed that this delivery will have hydroquinone which will help to get rid of dark spots / pigmentation.

Please be advised that every treatment should be used for at least 6-8 weeks in order to give the medicines the chance to take effect. Your treatment progress is monitored by our dermatology team every 12 weeks to assess progress and determine the next steps. 

With Melasma this can sometimes take a little longer to see significant results, patience and persistence here are key.

Please note that this is a long-term treatment, and although we should start to see more improvements at the 12-week mark, we do anticipate it taking longer than this to see significant results. To see significant visible changes in your skin, it will take some patience and persistence with your treatment plan.
