Awful company, missing order
Can't rate the product, as its been 20 days since purchase and my order still hasn't arrived. Customer service is unhelpful, downright hostile, and only replies in the middle of the night. Sketchy "Yanwen Express" delivery service apparently takes 6 days to deliver from NJ warehouse to MD and sends it back to the warehouse for "exceptions". Save your money and time and don't buy this.

Horrible product and worse customer service
Horrible. Product (trimmer 2.0) didn’t work, they would not refund me or replace. Kept asking me to send videos of the product not working, which I did, but got me nowhere. After 3 weeks of going back and forth I finally disputed with my credit card, which I won.

Product doesn't work and I can't get a full refund
This trimmer is made of cheap materials and it DOES NOT CUT HAIR without many, many passes over your skin. There are some areas it just won't even cut. I wrote to the company and they will either only give me 20% off and I can keep it, or they'll give me a refund but I have to pay return shipping!! I told them I wasn't going to pay return shipping because it doesn't function. They told me it wasn't considered "defective" to them because it powers on and off! That's their only criterion. What a joke.
