Terrific unit. I wasn't sure what to expect when it arrived. Impressive finish and plenty of tips plus I ordered extra since I had ordered two Dermavel's I figured one would get pilfered if I was able to remove a large skin tag in a conspicuous place on a big dog. I've used it on other places without any numbing cream and it seems to work great. The next couple of weeks should be a good indicator as to how it performs.

I think the pen works decently. I had tried it on my legs and my arm for a couple of tags and spots. For hard-to-reach places, I asked a friend to help me. She is now a fan! I will buy more needles soon.

This plasma pen actually works and works well. It is easy to use and packaged professionally. It can be used for a variety of problems. I wish I would have had this years ago. It will save trips to the dermatologist.

I absolutely love the Dermavel pen. I am 56 years old and noticed many cherry angiomas on my chest and legs. I have zapped them, most in only one session, and they are now healing. I also have taken benign moles down to the surface and lightened them; some took several treatments but I am super happy with the results. Weirdly, I have been using the pen for a month and have not even had to recharge it. Note that you cannot turn on the power when the pen is charging: I was confused about that in the beginning. Also, give yourself time to heal! These spots are probably on delicate skin, so give it time.

I have terrible scars from using this product one time. I followed the instructions seemed fine day of. The next day I woke up looking covered in chicken pox. And now weeks later I have scars. I’m much worse off than I was. DO NOT DO THIS TO YOURSELF. I completely regret it and feel embarrassed and ashamed I did this to myself. Don’t do it.

I had a great experience. The shipping was fast and came with many email updates. The machine itself was simple to use and it has already cleared up a granulation, a cherry angioma and lightened a couple of melasma spots on my face.

This is amazing. I was a little nervous at first, not bc I had not ever had it done, but doing it myself at home. It was so easy to set up and use. I zapped a bunch of red moles the very first time I used it, it was just like the Derm office. It is worth every cent!

Chose one star because zero stars was not an option. I tried to use this product multiple times on sunspots on my legs. My pen turned on but the treatments were painful and ineffective. The spots I treated are now actually darker than before. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THE 90-DAY RETURN POLICY. It requires multiple, repetitive treatment attempts on the same area documented by before-and-after DATE-STAMPED photos (which may require the downloading of a special photo app on your phone).

This company is a scam. Don’t fall for the 5 star reviews or testimonies. They will email you and refund you $50 if you give them a review. Do you really think a cheap plasma pen will do what they claim? Additionally their 90 day policy is a joke because they will make it impossible for you to return it! Customer service is horrible and will blame you for any shortcomings on your end.

USPS still hasn't delivered. It's been a week on pending acceptance at my local postal office. It would've been better to have UPS bring it all the way and faster. As unreliable as the postal service has become. I wouldn't be surprised if it was lost or stolen.

So I was sceptical buying this, but I am actually really blown away by how well this worked on my skin. I can't believe I didn't get this device sooner.

Received the item. It never completed charging, it never turned on. After searching online for help, I found dozens of people who had the same experience and were forced to have "new" units sent over and over instead of getting their money back.

I'm going to chalk this one up to being scammed and do my research better next time.

I gotta be honest, I was pretty sceptical about the Dermavel Plasma Pen. I mean, I've tried a ton of beauty treatments before, and most of them didn't live up to the hype. But let me tell you, this thing is the real deal.

First of all, the shipping was super quick, which was a nice surprise. After testing it for a couple weeks, it's crazy how much of a difference it made in reducing the fine lines and wrinkles on my face.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting it to work so well, but I'm so glad I took a chance on it... If you're looking for a quick and easy way to get amazing results for your skin (and if you're tired of wasting money on beauty treatments that don't do anything), I'd definitely recommend giving the Dermavel pen a try.

Do not trust this company. I ordered a plasma pen from Dermavel that would not charge and therefore never turned on. I contacted Dermavel to request a return be started and was given a run around. They kept requesting videos of the device not working, which I provided.
My requests for a return label were ignored.
They still have my money and I have a useless device.
A very unscrupulous company. A scam, don't be fooled.
Update: since Dermavel replied to my review I have contacted them again to solve this problem and as today (two days later) there is still no reply from Dermavel.

I ordered two of the pens and neither came with the USB Charging cables. I haven’t used them because I don’t have the cables to charge them with.

Customer service is very good.They give u all kinds of useful information. Love my unit
