Awful company. I guess they don’t like money, I’ve emailed them several times to ask a simple quick question before purchasing a $100 item, and they don’t/wont respond. And I’ve purchased a $250-$300 led mask from them previously, so this is how they treat their customers who spend a lot of money.
Also when I purchased the mask the remote stopped working within the first few uses. At first they weren’t going to send me a new remote, then they agreed if I paid postage which ended up costing $20 which is more than what the remote is worth. Apparently it’s a common occurrence for the remote to stop working, maybe it’s a scam. But I haven’t had any problems with the second improved remote. And bought another back up just in case. I don’t know why they were able to respond back then but can’t now?
There is no costumer service for this company - 2 extensive e-mails, 1 website long explanation , all ignored. Several phone calls never connected. It’s a pricey devise with no help after one buys it. BEWARE!!!! If I knew that earlier, I would NEVER had purchased it.
My mum gifted my sister and I, LED mask for Christmas 2022. We are based in Scotland UK. Order came from USA. Arrived and of course 1st week in January I began to use the mask every day as instructed. After just 12 days the remote control broke so we contacted the company and explained. They agreed to send another but wanted us to pay the postage - we thought this was not right as it was not our fault this had broken after just 12 days of 6 minutes each day. Keep in mind my mum had paid £400 for two masks plus postage already. However since my mum wanted a mask for herself they agreed to put it in with her mask and post together. After around 2 weeks my mums remote broke too, the same fault as mine. This time they asked for photographic and video evidence. I photographed it and filmed the issue and sent it to them. They agreed to send a new ‘Improved’ remote as long as we paid the postage again. Well, since my mum had already paid £650 for the 3 masks and I had hardly had any use of mine (since I gave my mum my remote) it was now well into February and I still had only used the £200 mask 12 times. They refused to cover the postage for this item despite seeing the evidence that this was a fault with the product. The postage wasn’t a huge amount however the principle stood that it was a design flaw and so it couldn’t be used but yet we were still being charged to post it. With all 3 masks being purchased in good faith they still refused and then they stopped replying emails so we couldn’t buy the remote even if we wanted to. Any attempt to contact them via email or Facebook messenger was rejected. I gave up trying to use the mask even after looking for local repair places but it wasn’t possible. However recently my mums mask stopped working altogether and they still won’t reply an email or a voicemail message. No attempt to help fix the issue was made. Bad show from this company. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
