Excellent wellness site
I joined Derval.ie 1 year ago. The monthly challenges are great, they are practical and cover not just movement but also nutrition and mindfulness so a full holistic approach to health is provided.

Tried the weeks free trial and before I knew it I was signed up for a year, should have read the small print, dipped into it once or twice, I don’t think it’s for the over 60’s or for me but some of the articles are interesting if you use a smart TVs, but with an I phone not great

Great for beginners only
Only caters for beginners which is great for beginners but even beginners progress at some point in an annual membership. Gave feedback asking if there were any plans to change this and wasn’t received all that well. Workouts are good but a 20 min live workout can often be 44 mins cause of all the talking. So many giving feedback on Facebook about this including myself and no change of alternative options. Lots of tech issues throughout live workouts in first 6 months so cancelled membership. Now getting emails thanking me for being a member for almost a month 10months into annual membership and 4 months after I cancelled that annual membership to avoid auto renewal.

Great variety
There is so much variety in this group. The live classes are great because it makes you do exercise at a certain time. It is great value for money. I would really recommend derval.ie
