wrong delivery
I ordered a baby chair, but DPD brought a buggy, which I did not accept it, since I had not ordered it. So far I haven't received any information on whether/ when my ordered package will be delivered. This mistake was certainly not my fault and I am expecting Deryan to set it right soon!

Do not order
Do not order! I ordered a bike for my little girls birthday on 8th March. Their website advertises same day dispatch but i ordered on a Sunday so assumed next business day. Monday 9th I received an email saying my order would be shipped Tuesday but by Thursday I’d had no shipping notification so emailed them asking if my package had been shipped.
I got a response saying orders are shipped same day but my order hadn’t been shipped (bit contradictory) and to check back in a few days. I responded asking why my package hadn’t been shipped after 4 business days if they usually ship same/next day and got another stock response that typically they do ship same day but mine hadn’t been sent for an ‘unspecified’ reason and to simply wait a few days.
I followed up the next day as I’d still had no shipping notification. That email was ignored so I sent another email the following day. I finally got a response but it was the same stock ‘not shipped for unspecified reason’ nonsense with no further explanation.
I responded saying the stock responses were not acceptable and I wanted an update and got a response saying it would be investigated and then yet another stock email saying they’re busy so dispatch is taking longer and to be patient.
By the 18th I’d still had no shipping notification so followed up again and was told my item had now been shipped 10 days after ordering. Annoying but ok as my child’s birthday is the 28th so still plenty of time.
I kept an eye on the DPD tracking which finally updated on 23rd saying my package had been returned to the sender (I assume some error with the shipping label but can’t be sure because I’ve had no answer to this). I emailed DERYAN immediately on the 23rd asking for an urgent update as this was 5 days before my child’s birthday. That email was ignored. I followed up on the 24th with an apology and confirmation my item had been returned to the warehouse. They said they’d arrange priority shipping IMMEDIATELY if I confirmed the shipping address again which I did straight away. I got no response to that confirmation. Followed up on the 25th. Ignored again. Followed up on the 27th the day before my child’s birthday. I was then told to communicate via WhatsApp which I’d tried numerous times but sometimes they don’t answer and if they don’t pick your WhatsApp message up within 24h it disappears apparently and you just have to sent it again.
I followed up again on 31/3 (daughter’s birthday now passed). Pointed out I was getting nowhere on WhatsApp and was told again via email the order would be re shipped and I’d get shipping info shortly. The same message I’d received on the 24th…
Last week WhatsApp message arrived telling me they were refunding me.
Then Sunday an email saying my package is in a queue and will be shipped as soon as possible.
Frankly I’ve no idea what’s happening at this point. Worst customer service I’ve ever come across. Avoid at all costs.
