Please read all the negative reviews first - don’t waste your time or money on ordering anything. I’m still waiting on £155 refund from last August. My experience is one of AI responses to a failed delivery and promises of another DPD delivery which never passed customs so it failed twice. Then when I requested a refund I was directed through the WhatsApp service which deletes your messages.

So difficult to get a response from them! Order took forever to get dispatched. Having trouble with import duty even though I have paid my full amount, shipment company have asked me to contact the sender but it’s so hard to get a reply from the sender (DERYAN)

Item still not arrived - terrible service
I ordered a high chair from Deryan on 14th March and it was stated that it would be dispatched the same day but was sent the next day. It has since been stuck at customs (I'm a UK customer) waiting for collection by DPD since 17th March according to the tracking information. It is now 2nd April and the only responses I've had from Deryan when I've tried to contact them is automated replies saying thanks for my patience (which has certainly run out!) and they'll keep me updated (which they haven't). I've asked to return/cancel my order and get a refund but they don't respond. I've tried to call the number for the company but for some reason it won't allow me from the UK. I'm now down nearly £70 with still no item.

We ignored the haters, thinking "we will be fine, there won't be any issues" How wrong we were. Utterly useless, bordering scamming company.
Still no replacement parts after nearly 6 months
We bought the air buggy last year and within a couple of months the footrest buttons fell off, making it impossible to move the footrest. I first contacted them in November 2025 giving a video for evidence and was promised replacement buttons would be sent. I was given a tracking link, by December I was told there was a delay due to Christmas and asked to be patient. By the end of January I complained again as it showed our buttons as delivered but they had been sent to the wrong customer in the Netherlands not UK. I got frustrated that each time I tried to email I got an automatic response and a different agent eventually who would take at least a week to reply properly. I was promised a second pair would be sent out and this time the tracking link confirmed the right address. Once again the courier said it had arrived but it hadn't been delivered. It's now the end of March and I waiting for a tracking link for a third lot to be sent to me, although now it seems they've lost my information and I'm being transferred to a different team. I complained pointing out we clearly had a faulty product and could they send us the airplane buggy as a replacement, this request was ignored. Since December the footrest has been knocked up a 180 angle so a hard edge presses into our little boys' calves when we use it, that's clearly uncomfortable as he moves his legs to the side. I'm fed up waiting, I'll never buy these products again.

Scam
Scam? Ordered a travel cot on 2 months ago and have yet to receive it. Zero communication from Deryan and the tracking link hasn't changed from labelled for one month.
Have requested a refund, no response.
Strongly recommend avoiding.

Such an unorganised operation system with the weakest customer service I’ve ever experienced
My order got stuck at the custom and despite hundreds of messages through their different channels no one tried to resolve the issue. The package got returned to them after 10 days and now they refuse to issue a refund.
The whole experience was stressful and extremely frustrating
Garbage business should be shut down , they don’t even deserve 1 star
