Ordered print & frame which got lost by…

Ordered print & frame which got lost by the courier. Then when they came to resending the print it was out of stock & they said they couldn’t print it. Bad service, wouldn’t try to buy from them again

The parcels don’t arrive??

Ordered on the 19th January. Evri said they would deliver on the 22nd January but it never came. After a week of trying to tell Desenio the parcel was missing they sent another parcel out. It’s now been 6 days and the tracking still hasn’t updated so I guess this parcel is lost too. It’s not even with Evri. Just keep getting AI responses. I want my order and I want compensation!!!

Your website wants to default to an incorrect delivery address.
As a result we will collect from the EVRI shop which is a real pain!!!

I'm glad I've only ordered one print…

I'm glad I've only ordered one print and frame. Generally disappointed tbh. The photo I sent was much brighter than the print that eventually arrived. In fact I would say that the print looks very dull and miserable, which is exactly the opposite of what I was trying to achieve. I contacted the company, and correspondence takes some days, and was told that their non glossy paper absorbs the light and results in a darker print. They told me that next time I should lighten up the photo myself to accommodate their printing. No offer to reprint it for me. As I say, I'm glad I've only ordered one.

Waste of money!

First and last time using Desenio. Cheap quality and a waste of money, not to add that it’s been delivered to a parcel locker miles from my home address.
Prints went straight to the recycling bin 🚮

AVOID THIS COMPANY

AVOID. Art is poor quality and customer service even worse. Tried to return an item I was unsatisfied with and being sent around the houses with Evri to collect my item instead of Desenio just arranging a collection via Evri. Dealing with Evri at the best of times is horiffic. Buy your art elsewhere, not here.

they charge £9 for a return of a small frame!

frame received it was wrong size they charge £9 to return it - will not be ordering from here again that is for certain

This order was delivered with water…

This order was delivered with water damage to the product. The package was left on my doorstep under a porch during a heavy rainfall. The packaging was damaged. The items have been left with ripples from water damage. Why are paper items delivered in cardboard boxes, why can't they be wrapped in recycled plastic instead.

In addition to the images having poor quality. On both pictures there are areas that are simply faded and non existence, as if the printer ran out of ink and yet in the same area, the ink is vibrant for other details. For instance one picture the left hand side in the foreground has such low resolution and is faded to the point there are no details at all. Yet on the other side of that same picture- the resolution is better and the details are present. This image is not depicted like this online.

I would like a refund as I'm not happy with these items- as I can't trust that better quality items will be sent out if an exchange.

The chat team doesn't answer- only given a case number, that is not responded to. So I'm putting a review here instead.

The prints are quirky and fun, but I don't understand how they're still around- as the quality doesn't match up. The prices do not reflect the poor quality of products they're selling.

Order Never Delivered – Refund Unreasonably Delayed

I placed an order for several prints and a frame totalling approximately £150. Your website advertises an estimated delivery time of 3–6 days; however, it has now been over a month since the order was placed.

Following two failed delivery attempts—during which the courier repeatedly rejected the shipment and returned it to you—and with no clear explanation from your team as to why this was happening, I lost confidence in your ability to successfully deliver my order. As a result, I requested a refund and chose to take my business elsewhere with a company that can reliably deliver the products I paid for in a reasonable timeframe.

Today, two days after making that decision, I received an email informing me that my refund has been initiated and that it may take up to 14 days to process. Given that I never received the goods, being told the refund may take up to 14 days is completely unacceptable. After a month of failed deliveries, no clear explanation, and consistently slow responses, I have no confidence in this company’s ability to deliver or handle issues properly.

Regarding your refund, we confirm that it has been successfully initiated. While we process refunds immediately on our side, the time it takes for the funds to appear back in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. Although refunds often arrive sooner, some banks can take longer to finalize the transaction, which is why we communicate an estimated timeframe of up to 14 days. Unfortunately, this part of the process is outside of our direct control.
