Our website "Engrace Behavioral Health Service" has been down for weeks, which shows a lack of reliability and professionalism. It’s very frustrating trying to access important information or services, and nothing has been fixed. I would not recommend relying on them until they address these issues. Also the contact number they provided on website 866-986-6679 is wrong

My name is Juliana, and I am the CEO of Engrace Behavioral Health Services. For nearly two weeks, my website has been down, and I have lost access to my business email. This disruption has profoundly affected my operations and client interactions. Despite my repeated attempts to contact Nick, he has consistently ignored my calls and failed to respond. This level of service is unacceptable and has jeopardized my business. I strongly advise against hiring this website designer.

After talking to alot of companies i hired design astero for seo services. The main cause of hiring them was they were giving me a free one month of seo services. Everything went well and they were giving me monthly ranking reports.

one of the key elements of project success is the communication. and my project manager guided me really well throughout the project. designs, and website built by their developr andrew and jake satisfied my business needs.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I was very clear in my description and ideas in what I wanted. They claimed to know the platform that I requested but did not have a clue on how to execute. A guy by the name of Zayne (salesman) continued to request more money for Facebook promotions. Now, my Facebook is littered with people who are not a part of my niche market. The personnel goes by generic names like Adam Smith, Frank McCoy. I now know why. Avoid this service at all costs!

We had a terrible experience with this company for a small project making design changes in HubSpot, we were very clear with our requirements upfront and they claimed to know and understand the platform. They clearly do not. We already paid them in full and had to completely abandon the work because it was no longer worth the effort. A project that should take no more than two weeks was now in it's 10th week.
We could no longer waste anymore time with them. DO NOT hire this company for any website work.

Shaun Morgan is an amazing project manager. Shaun is very instrumental in the development of my company website and expanding on ideas for merchandise. Shaun has been educating on ideas and knowledge I didn’t know and is open to my ideas also if he is not familiar. I wish I met Shaun when I first started at Design Astero

Hi, Had a website built at Designastero and they have done a great job creating my vision. Shaun and his team Zayne, Ambrose and Sam were very helpful and supportive. I use their services for annual hosting and annual SEO too. Based on the service they have provided me, I will continue to use them in the future even though, I am an international customer and that says a lot. They understood the difference between informative and click/click sites which was critical and were amazing in managing someone who had no idea how to do this initially.

Don't hide behind "too much work" or "forgot".

That would save us all from waiting and having to re schedule and rethink in a hurry.
