We came into Design Center looking for wedding bands for myself and parter, both of us were highly impressed with the service we had recived, all the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and patient! Even with our two children. We tried on so many rings that Tina helped us with, She showed us so many styles, and nothing was too much to ask. very helpful and clearly love their job. I wouldn’t go anywhere else from now on. Were next back in on Wednesday to pick out my other half's wedding band to match her engagement ring. Would highly recommend to anyone looking into buying both engagement or wedding rings!

Fantastic wedding ring shopping experience!! Great customer service and Sophie was very helpful and answered all my questions. It’s clear she loves her job! I’ll definitely be back in the future to buy more jewellery!

We had lovely day out at the Jewellery Quarter yesterday. Whilst all the shops were filled with beautiful jewellery, the Design Centre was our favourite. Tina and the team were exceptionally helpful in finding me the most perfect gold necklace, for a Christmas present from my husband. We had a lovely shopping experience and would definitely buy from here again.

No hard sell or pushy sales people, just very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and patient! staff. We tried on so many rings that Tina helped us with to match against our engagement ring. She showed us so many with no pressure on price just a genuine interest in getting one to look perfect against the engagement ring which we did. Sophie even polished the engagement ring for us. Both ladies were very helpful and clearly love their job. I wouldn’t go anywhere else from now on

We have used the Design Centre now for 5 purchases, starting with my engagement ring. Each time, all the staff are so helpful, polite and welcoming. It has a very warm down to earth feel about it, some shops can be intimidating, but this one is a cut above. We've never bothered browsing the other shops, all you could want is here.

I visited ‘Design Centre’ at the Jewellery Quarter today to buy a watch, I couldn’t have asked for better hospitality. Tina and Sophie were amazing and extremely helpful, making it a great experience.
I would recommend here to anyone, 10/10.

Had a great experience at Design Centre today purchasing a wedding ring. Ell and Sophie where both very nice and helpful. We got a great deal on a beautiful ring, they even cleaned a few of our jewellery pieces along the way. Would recommend popping in and saying hello when in the jewellery quarter

This is the third time I have bought a custom design ring from Bina and her team at design centre. They’ll go to great lengths to source the perfect stone and setting for you. Wonderful hospitality and communication. The prices are always very competitive. Looking forward to number four already. Thank you again!

Went into this store looking for a trilogy ring for my 60, Tina was so knowledgeable and advised this was a Trilogy and the meaning behind it Past, Present & Future ( I didn't know this). Tina asked our budget and advised that there were discounts no other shop had asked us our budget. The shop has an amazing choice of rings there is no pressure just lovely and helpful and additional you can take your ring back to be cleaned where they will also check your diamonds for free. I went to other stores but wasn't impressed with rings so I did hesitate to go back to this store, Tina remembered the platinum rings I looked at and I choose the one for me, it needs sizing but can't wait to pick it up. Thank you for all your help.

Excellent customer experiences. I went to find a diamond bracelet for my daughter as a father gift for her wedding day. Elle was extremely helpful in the selection of its design and length, to an extent her arm and a colleague of hers had a number of these bracelets attached to show their comparisons. I couldn’t have ask for anything more and we had fun along this journey.

Excellent service and so friendly and helpful it was a present for my daughters 21st who is very particular in what she likes and Tina our sales representative was great and managed to help us find the perfect ring that my daughter fell in love with. The service was friendly and put us at ease as this was the first time at the jewellery quarter so was a little bewildered. The offers they had on were also amazing and we purchased two items in the end and saved a good amount of money as they had a percentage off which was also great. All the staff were lovely and I would definitely recommend there shop as they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

I was looking for a gold bracelet, when we entered the store we were immediately made to feel welcome, shown the cabinet the bracelets were in and left to browse…I asked to try some on and Tina couldn’t have been more helpful encouraging me to try some on and chose the one I wanted. I have used this shop before and they will be my first choice for future purchases.
