I can't say enough good things about the DC team. I was not getting important emails and Gina worked for weeks to make sure the problem was rectified, then she followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. I enjoy being part of the DC community and appreciate their hard work in making the community a fun and safe place to learn.

I was lucky enough to be one of the founding members of Creative Club after being a member of the Design Cuts community for years. It's the best money I've spent all year. I love everything about it. The learning sessions, the courses, the interactive workshops, the feedback sessions and especially the amazing community. The fact that we have so much input into what comes next is fantastic. The Design Cuts team really listen to us on every level and do everything they can to fulfil our wishes. They're absolutely amazing and make my work week a lot brighter.

Design Cuts provides wonderful and extensive products for artists and designers across all media and applications. On top of this as icing on the cake they have recently opened up their Creative Club Community which has many unique features compared to other art clubs. The library of courses both live and pre-recorded is vast and is constantly refreshed with new material from respected tutors who offer high quality training , live paint-alongs , and individual personal advise and all in the most friendly and relaxed community. The support teams are easy to contact and quick to respond to any problems. Design Cuts is really all you need there is so much choice and so much to love. Thank you all so much and every success for your new venture and good wishes to all in the community.

I’m disabled and do pain therapy. I told my therapist about Creative Club. She said she could hear the smile in my voice (It makes me forget the pain, when I’m concentrating on creating or drawing.) She said she’s going to recommend to her other patients.

I like that the site offers current fonts and designs that meet my needs at a reasonable price along with being able to download my purchases while still on the site and the site is easy to use and navigate.

I have had numerous encounters with the customer service team (mostly due to MY technological ineptitude) and I have to say they provide the best service EVER. They are quick to respond to requests for help despite the time difference between US/UK. I can’t say enough good things about the whole platform! I have purchased SO MANY digital assets from their site and was fortunate enough to get in as a founding member of the Creative Club. Due to the excellent customer service, the vibrant, nurturing community and the quality products, I have never needed to purchase products from any other graphics company. Im a customer for life!

The people are so friendly and the service is great! Somehow I didnt receive their newsletter (with freebies) Amymore. When I e-mailed them, they immediately replied and corrected it and also gave me link to the previous freebie.

The customer service is top notch.! Fran took care of my small order issue quickly, accurately and with just the correct amount of smile! I continue to be very pleased with Design Cuts the organization and the designs I have purchased or downloaded as free.

Best place to go for inspiration and digital resources. Best of all, the tutorial events you can watch. I have learned so much just by watching my favorite artists and still hope by buying their Procreate brushes some of their talent washes over me ;-)

I've been a customer of Design Cuts for 4 years. The website is easy to navigate, the search bar is quick and effective and there are so many wonderful options for anything that a creator might seek. There are frequent site-wide discounts and curated bundles at affordable prices which makes the shopping experience great. I regularly attend their free workshops and webinars which are a wealth of knowledge. Their recent offer, the Creative Club is an amazing place to learn, create and interact with so many creators worldwide. And the teachers are the best in the industry. Both the teachers and the entire DC team are some of the kindest people I've ever had the fortune to meet. The customer care is top-notch and is quick to respond to any queries or issues. I've always had an amazing experience at Design Cuts, whether shopping for my favourite products or learning at the Creative Club. They are truly an awesome lot!

I have using Design Cuts for all my creative purchases since 2015 and couldn't be happier with them!! So happy, that even though I have already purchased more product than I may ever have a chance put to use, I contacted them this week to find out why I had stopped getting their emails.

Their bundles are CRAZY buys, and their products are from the industry's top artists. Who wouldn't take the opportunities to acquire this top of the line quality product?? Of course the issue was resolved immediately and I am happily getting my product updates emailed again.

The owner is the sweetest gentleman and I love seeing the video updates he sends personally explaining anything new or any changes to the community. He cares enough to keep the community informed, and infuses humanity into what could be a cold and impersonal interaction over the internet.

I was surprised at the number of low ratings here on Trustpilot, and so I looked into them. All I saw were a lot of people who couldn't figure out how to download their purchases, or couldn't figure out their own hardware. PLEASE! This is not a reflection of the company or their products. AND please remember that they are based out of the UK and most likely are on a different time zone than you may be. And they are humans and not robots. So they are not in the office 24/7 immediately answering every cry to try to figure out your individual hardware problem instantaneously. Give them a chance to get back to you!! They will. Sheesh!

Design Cuts is one of my favorite sources for graphics, fonts and brushes. Today I had a tech/customer service issue and it was resolved in minutes. Customer Service was clearly interested in sorting out and solving my problem.

Design Cuts is a fantastic company, and it’s my go-to source for graphics, brushes, textures, and other digital tools. Their products are always high-quality and excellent, making my design work easier and more professional. Additionally, they have outstanding customer service, always ready to help and ensure a great experience.

This website is amazing! Besides the products and courses they sell, the newly launched Creative Club offers access to past presentations, tutorials and give direct feedback from exceptional artists. Every once in awhile you come across a tutorial that just seems like a big sales promotion, but considering all the content that is available with this new club, from what I can tell it gives Skillshare a run for its money. I must also include this, the administrators and the support group are absolutely phenomenal! I cannot say enough good things regarding all aspects of Design Cuts! Join if you can! If you can't get into the club, at least check out all the perks on their website. (Below I'm asked to submit the date of experience and I've been buying products from them for years and have joined the club the day of its launching.)
