Garment ok, sizes not so ok
Not sure what happened to confirmation order after payment made. Had to go to online site once i remembered the name and log on. Delivery slower than expected and on arrival newborn size ordered was definitely 0 to 3 months. Having said all this, new mum was very happy with her personalised gift. Hopefully it will wash up well.

I can see an email confirmation was sent to the email address used to place your order. We do advise to check your junk/spam folder as these can often end up there.
Looking at your order ‘Economy (4-7 working days. 10-14 for personalised)’ was selected on checkout. As your order contained personalised items this is up to 14 working days - I can see from the tracking your order was delivered on the 13th working day. We do have other delivery options available on checkout should you require items sooner than the economy timescale.
In relation to the product size, if an error has been made with the sizing please do let us know and we’d be happy to issue a replacement. There is a label on the inside leg which shows the size of the product. If the item is larger than expected we do have a size guide available and we are always happy to provide additional measurements should you require before making a purchase.
