Very happy with the service I received from before I even ordered right the way through to receiving my order. Prices very good. Shout out to Nicky who was super helpful, efficient and gave me great Customer Service. Have already recommended to family and friends.

I ordered two pair of glasses but only got one pair. I have paid for two and now they wont respond to my emails. They dont answer calls either. I have tried to contact them for a week now every day but no response at all… I guess I will need to contact authorities or something to get my money back.

Dont buy from this site!

UPDATE: Even more frustrating. The company has now reached out to me in a reply on this review. This is not a platform where I as a customer can respond to any messages from a company. So if you are serious in resolving this matter, contact me via email instead.

International buyer here. I was very pleased to be able to find the specific model of glasses I wanted that was out of stock at a lot of places. Good communication and customer service from when I enquired about stock availability till my order was dispatched and delivered in good time. Highly recommended.

Good communication but be aware: there is a £10 admin fee per returned item! To be honest it is clearly stated on returns and refund information but I still think it’s unnecessary in this day and age. Especially if you run an online glasses business where people cannot try the glasses! On top of that they didn’t refunded initially the postage cost on top of the admin fee, but I admit they did refunded the cost straight away when I requested to. I guess if you’re sure you want their product would be ok, but check terms and conditions before you buy as there are other retailers with better/ cheaper service…

They had great customer service and I was kept abreast of the order status and timing. I am based in the US and was nervous about buying from abroad but found them to be very helpful and straight forward. would buy from them again.

A very satisfactory service. My frames were a non stocked item but were delivered within 14 days. Good communication and competitive price.

I placed two orders on the same day, one with designerglasses.co.uk and the other with a separate online glasses' retailer.

Let me just start by saying Nicky is an absolute asset to this company! She is a true gem. Her customer services skills are second to none.

The communication I received from order to despatch to return (I made an error in my order) to subsequent replacement was top notch.

This is an easy 5 stars from me. I'll definitely buy from them again. I absolutely LOVE my glasses!

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses. First pair got delivered on time second pair never arrived, there excuse was they couldn’t get through to the supplier. The were as awkward as possible, I sent emails and left answer machine messages as it was impossible to get through to speak to somebody on the phone. I got PayPal to step in to help but now they are just being spiteful and letting the time run out as long as possible. They can resolve the issue any time they want by just communicating with PayPal. I wouldn’t recommend designer glasses to anyone. I’m sure they will try to justify what they have done but buyer beware.. AVOID

I was a little bit sceptical and hesitant when I was about to place my order, however I have to say that I am so very pleased with the service. I have ordered two pairs of glasses to compare sizes. The other pair was sent back for a refund. Was in contact with Nicky who has been so helpful and very quick with her replies. First class service although my glasses were not in stock I was kept updated every step of the way … opened the box 10 mins ago over the moon with the quality… saved ££££££ on my Tom Ford frames … would recommend to all .. special thanks to Nicky

1st Class Service - thank you Nicky for a great service. Just received my beautiful Gucci glasses within a week! Love them. Great communication, very professional. Although i made an error when ordering Nicky was able to resokve it straight away. I will definitely be back to order my sunglasses. Prices are great too!

This is my third time buying glasses from designer glasses which shows how much I love them! Amazing selection of glasses, competitive price but for me mostly importantly the customer service is A star! The last two times I’ve needed emergency glasses and they have sorted everything within one week! Special shout out to Nicky who is fab and takes all the stress away.

I’ve also been to the Erith store and everyone was lovely and so helpful.

I’ve worn glasses for 30 years and this is the only place I’ll ever buy my glasses from! :)
