Fantastic pieces at fair prices, fantastic customer service ! Will defo be buying again thank you

I recently purchased from Designer Posh Watches and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, their team was incredibly professional, friendly, and super helpful in answering all of my questions.

Here is what stood out to me the most:

Lightning-fast shipping: The watch arrived in record time, packaged impeccably and very securely.

Quality & Authenticity: The watch is absolutely stunning—exactly as described on the website, if not even more beautiful in person! It is 100% authentic and came complete with all original documentation.

Top-notch support: Prompt, polite, and ready to assist me through every step of the buying process.

If you are looking for reliability, professionalism, and truly exclusive watches, this is the place to go. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you so much to the entire team at Posh Boutique Watches!

Very happy with purchase arrived in time for the birthdays was well packaged came with all official paperwork and was verified when resized and allowed me to register on the brand website 100% Original & Authentic and saved over £400 from RRP who needs high street when you got DPW.

Also A big thank you to Alex expediting the watch in time for the special occasion. Nice to see people still care with customer service.

Will be using again and recommend for any one looking for Authentic Original brands at good prices thank you again.

I bought a Vivienne Westwood
Watch for myself customer services was excellent it was a little bit to big and the links in the strap were taken out straight away really happy with the watch and the service would definitely recommend

I ordered a beautiful watch for my wife’s birthday, not reading the receipt properly I was left disappointed that the watch would arrive after her birthday. I contacted customer support who originally offered a similar replacement and help to choose one. Knowing this isn’t exactly what I wanted they managed to pull strings to get my original purchase brought forward in time for the day and sent it special recorded delivery at NO extra cost.
Absolutely stunning example of customer service done right.
Also the product was beautiful, the price was the best I could find on the internet and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from here again. Bravo!

I recently acquired a truly exquisite Tag Heuer watch from DesignerPoshWatches .com, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, the team demonstrated a level of courtesy and professionalism that immediately inspired confidence. Their communication was prompt, clear, and reassuring throughout every stage of the process.

The value offered was outstanding, the transaction itself entirely seamless, and the watch arrived in immaculate condition with remarkably swift next-day delivery. As for the timepiece, it is simply flawless—both in craftsmanship and authenticity.

I would not hesitate to purchase from DesignerPoshWatches .com again and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in search of a luxury watch of the highest calibre.

Fantastic company must recommend

Watch in stock and told to expect delivery between six to twelve days, yet charged for it immediately. Just not good enough. Is watch really in stock as advertised or do I have to wait until they get one in ?
UPDATE 6th May.
After posting this I cancelled my order and was contacted and told it would be with me in 2 - 4 days. In that email, I was asked to remove/revise my review. I re-iterated my cancellation and in a reply was advised the watch would be in tomorrow and could have been with me Friday. I would assume from that, that it suggests the watch is not in stock as advertised but being sourced from elsewhere. I await my refund and stand by my review.

2nd UPDATE after response. E mails I received are different to this response. Asking me to edit my response as it was critical is beyond belief. The 2nd last email I got specifically stated that the watch would be with them last Wednesday 6th and be with me 8th. ie watch not in stock, but advertised it was.

Great experience and fast customer service. The watch arrived quickly, was exactly as described, and 100% authentic. Very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend.
