Took a week packaging poor bag split items out of box valve scratched very poor £50 for this !!

Fraudulent company! Avoid buying anything from them. About 1 week after purchasing an item I was sent an email to say that I was not going to receive the item and I would be given a refund. I wasn't given a refund despite numerous emails I sent and phone calls I made and voicemail messages. I have now resorted to raising a fraudulent claim via my credit card company.

DO NOT buy from this company.
Products continually delivered damaged, no customer service, unacceptable response and illegally holding money and not processing refunds.

Awful customer service. Radiator was faulty and new item never received despite months of chasing and false promises that it had been sent. Avoid using

Ordered a vanity unit and basin together with two replacement handles. Both arrived very quickly. Handles were too short so I rang the supplier direct but they told me to contact the company I ordered them through. Did so and received good communication, and the replacement handles arrived very quickly. All good.

Awful company. Placed an order on 13 February 2024 with expected delivery of 3 - 5 days. On 17 February I received an email from them saying they had a problem with their payment system and my order had been cancelled, it said I will receive a refund within a few days. So I left it a week and still no refund so I emailed them on 26 February at which point they said they would send me proof that the refund had been done. Another week has gone by and still no refund and no proof from them that the refund has been processed. Never again !
UPDATE, they're now threatening legal action against me for this review, no mention of where my refund is though !!! They've got my money, I haven't even got their sympathy

I would give no stars if I could! A totally unprofessional company who has no customer service department in which you can speak to anyone. I have contacted them numerous times by email chasing a refund of over £200 since November 2023. They never give a full answer and when I query the answer I simply get radio silence.
Next step will be Watchdog and getting my refund via the small claim court.
I would avoid purchasing from this company at all costs!

We ordered £1200 in good from this website in November after flood, we have never received our radiators and they will now not refund us the money !! Avoid avoid avoid ! We are looking at a small claims court as we we need this money to rebuild our house !!!

Ordered a radiator on 4/1/24 that they said was in stock. Asked for a refund of almost £500 on 7 February as they were unable to supply and still waiting for this today 26/2/24 despite receiving an email telling me my refund has been processed. Have contacted the Fraud Service at my bank and Trading Standards to ask them to investigate fraudulent trading.

I am certain they are a scam. I ordered a bath panel, a week later had not arrived. Asked for a refund, was not processed they asked me to report to my bank. How is this fraudulent company still standing?

Sham company.

Ordered a radiator in November which was delivered over a week late, damaged and faulty.

Chased up a replacement for weeks before eventually being told replacements weren't available and it would be refunded. It's now been months and the company hasn't honoured the refund and we've had to take action against the company to reclaim costs.

Do not order from this company. Try phoning them and see that they are not legitimate.

To be honest, the after sale service was pretty poor. It is really difficult to get hold of them and in the end, they didn’t even respond to my last email to them asking them how to do a return. Will avoid using them in the future.

The same story as so many others on here. Wished I read the reviews before buying and saved myself the faff of having to do a credit card chargeback.

Ordered a product which was marked as shipped a few days later (this allows them to recognise the revenue) but the order was not shipped. DX never collected it.

They do not answer either phone or email.

Now having to place a credit card chargeback to get my money returned and 2 weeks later have ordered the same toilet seat from Victorian Plumbing on a guaranteed next day delivery.

This company is very poorly managed and you should avoid it.

After 3 weeks the tap I ordered did finally arrive. However, I did have to chase a few times and in the end write a bit of a snotty email. Then it arrived a day later... I cannot tell if it was a problem with Designer Rads or DX (the chosen courier). If you're in a rush I'd look elsewhere. However, it was the cheapest I could find the tap. So is horses for courses.
