Like all others ordered a washing machine and never arrived so had weeks and weeks of no washing machine let down badly avoid these SCAMMERS !!!

They ripped my 90yr old mother off to the tune of £114. She ordered a panasonic microwave and they just sent computer generated replies and dragged it out for weeks with false promises. They should never be trusted and the Police should do something about people like this .DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I’ve given 1 star but would like option for 0 stars as this company has taken the money for my order of an air fryer and 6 weeks later, no air fryer and no refund despite several emails requesting a refund!
I tried calling the customer service number and it didn’t connect. From reading other reviews, these seem like scammers. Avoid ordering from them at ALL costs!!

I ordered a black washing machine and I had a delivery date but not an estimated time so I emailed them and asked, they emailed me straight back saying that my order was cancelled and they would send me a full refund of £135 within 5 working days, I received nothing, I've emailed a few times but still nothing. Im left out of pocket because I had to pay £250 for an alternative machine from a local store, im on benefits and could've done with the money owed.

My item still hasn't arrived very slow delivery not impressed.

Great communication and product will use again

Received my Supergas quickly, wrong design number but I liked them and the price was good so decided to keep them.

Placed an order 7 days ago. So far I've received just one standard email acknowledging the order: no tracking email, no delivery date. I chased this up and got a vague message saying it will arrive soon. Followed up again twice: zero response. Wondering if I need to cancel the order with Paypal. Really poor service.
