Design team did an excellent job. They understood and implemented my requests and created an impressive site.

I worked with Sarah Martin at first, who designed my logo, then with Jay Barry for the website, when Sarah had to go on leave.

Although at some point I became concerned by some negative reviews, those were addressed as my experience was very good with both of them. Sarah Martin designed a professional logo, personalized letterhead and enveloppes, then Jay Barry took over and worked on my bilingual website with original content.

It is challenging to know what you need (and how your content should be presented) when you design your first website and are not tech savvy yourself. It requires teamwork. As a lawyer, I knew I wanted a classic, yet modern look.

Jay Barry and his team explained me the steps required to achieve the results I wanted, helped me revise the content of my website as my business needs evolved with the COVID19 situation, worked within my budget and delivered a modern and elegant website.

The designs are very well done, expert. They are so easy to work with, the whole design process was effortless for me. I'm proud to have such a wonderful logo. Thank you so much. I feel successful already!

Excellent Logo Deisgn

Worked with Jay on a new web site announcing a new aircraft company. They did a great job in a short time and were responsive to my needs and edits. We will be opening the site this week and look forward to a great business with the help of designsengine.

Wonderful Logo design for a campaign. I am running for Congress in the 5th district of Texas. Designsengine did a wonderful job of providing my designs in a variety of styles for me to choose. I wanted something unique and non-partisan and pretty that reflected me. The designers did a wonderful job. My project manager Jay was very responsive and very tolerant of my busy schedule. I was not expecting the level of service and responsiveness that I got from Designs Engine. With most online services like this you are basically left to chatbots and online documentation if you have any needs. With Designs Engine I got personally assisted by a project manager who even called me regularly to make sure I was happy with the designs, and to see what questions I had. The design came on time, and I had like six different logos to pick from. Once I made a choice, I asked for a revision or two, and the changes were done fast and to my specs. I would definitely use Designs Engine again for my next project.

The logo was fantastic, I was given 6 samples to choose from and at least three of which I liked. I chose my favorite and they sent over the files. Easy peasy. Apart from that I had two different customer reps. One was Sarah who handled the customer satisfaction part, she was a pleasure to work with. She was very patient with me when I departed for vacation hours after purchasing the package, I give her personally 5 stars. The other rep was a sales rep, I unfortunately do not remember his name. His sales technique was SO pushy. I had to have declined his offer 12 times with increasing frustration past attempt 6. I understand the business is a low priced item with add-on’s being the gig but lord at one point I was like “I don’t want to reiterate myself again. I DO NOT WANT ANYTHING EXTRA. PLEASE STOP TRYING TO $$$$ING SELL TO ME”. He still tried one more time! Regardless, one bad seed does not make a company. The product was 5 star and Sarah was 5 star, I would recommend

Update: Changed from 4 star to 3 star.. One month after purchasing the logo I received a call from Sarah asking me if there was anything she could to do change my 4 star review to a 5 star. I said that I actually wrote that review prematurely as I hadn't ever received a download link for my logo (I'm in no rush and I could've called that's not the worry), I also said I highlighted her in the review and said I give her 5 stars personally. She replied.. and read this correctly.. "Okay not a problem we can get you that download link immediately if you wouldn't mind changing your review" WHAT... So I reply, "what you're saying is you wont give me my product until i write a good review..?" She then transferred me to her manager. So I repeat what was said "Sarah asked me change the review in return for the download link to the product I purchased". Instead of apologizing.. he says "If you need anything, website banners, email signatures yada yada I will have no problem offering those free of service if you could please change your review"... At this point I'm flabbergasted by the audacity of these reps. I reply back "I wouldn't like anymore service from you but I would appreciate my logo download link being sent". He hung up rather quickly and Sarah ended up sending my download link a few minutes later

I have worked with jay berry on a logo design that was very good and modern, very happy with final results, also very grateful to sarah martin for being very kind and how she communicated with me to understand my concerns and questions, pleasure working with you both.

The team did great with getting back to me with the revisions. Great job! Happy with my final result.
