CONCERNED ABOUT MY ORDER
I PLACED AN ORDER FOR SERVICE LABELS WITH DESIGNS N PRINT ON FEBRUARY 21, 2025. THE COST OF THE ORDER ($120.10) WAS IMMEDIATELY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD. IT IS NOW MARCH 5, 2025 AND I HAVE RECEIVED NO SHIPPING INFORMATION OR ORDER STATUS UPDATE. I AM NOT ABLE TO REACH ANYONE AT EITHER THEIR 800-NUMBER OR THE LOCAL PHONE NUMBER DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. IN BOTH CASES, IT IMMEDIATELY GOES TO VOICEMAIL. I AM BEGINNING TO BELIEVE THIS ONLINE ORDERING WEBSITE IS A SCAM. I HOPE I AM WRONG AND I WILL AMEND THE REVIEW IF THE STATUS OF MY ORDER CHANGES.
UPDATE (3/5/25): SEVERAL HOURS AFTER POSTING MY INITIAL REVIEW, I RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING E-MAIL. "YOUR ORDER WAS CONCEALED (CANCELED) AND REFUNDED THE SAME DAY YOU PLACED THE ORDER. I DO NOT HAVE THAT PRODUCT."
THEN WHY DOES YOUR ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM ALLOW THAT PRODUCT TO BE ORDERED IN THE FIRST PLACE. ALSO, NO COMMUNICATION WAS SENT TO ME STATING THE ORDER HAD BEEN CANCELED / REFUNDED. NOT A GOOD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

The order was cancelled and refunded the same day you placed the order because we do not have that product in stock.
Very poor service
Very poor service. I ordered two weeks ago and have not received any updates on my order. The money was deducted from my account and now I can't get in touch with anyone at the business! I have emailed and called several times ( 10 so far ). Still I do not get a reply.
Not a reliable place to deal with!
