Designers and not architects

Designers and not architects. I am not sure any of the people working there have any experience or knowledge around architecture or the building process. It is also incredibly expensive! They are slow to respond and in my experience, then try to charge you additional fees which were never agreed from the outset. All I have is great regret for selecting Design Spec. PLEASE IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT A PROJECT, MAKE SURE TO USE A FULLY QUALIFIED ARCHITECT. Learn from my costly mistakes…
