wrong item shipped and no answer - also not environmental

Extremely not environmentally friendly : packaging was a waste. Not buying here again. Huge box for 1 book, pencils and a small poster. Also they shipped the wrong item. Contacted customer service To return what they shipped wrong. The customer service agent sent me to ahlens Uppsala just to find out that I can’t exchange it there because is not an official designtorget store. Cashier Told me I need to exchange the item in Stockholm. I’m Now calling their customer service phone to see if I can send it via mail and no answer- 20 min waiting! Do yourself a favor and do not buy online from them. They are not ready for the logistics and service behind ordering online.
