This company charged me thousands of dollars to build and host my website and when it was all done the hacked my website in order to charge me for a maintenance plan. Stay away from them I'm in the process of filing charges and disputing payments too see what I can get back from these crooks.

these guys are a fraud company they took over 10000 dollars from me now i have no website our amazon account stay away from these guys

Lots of editing, however I wish the communication of the process was more upfront. Jason got the job done and my website is currently live.

After working with Design Vocals, I am very disappointed with their process, their way of doing business, and their bait and switch tactics. I originally received a cost for a package that seemed to be a good deal. Which included a number of items including:
design, logo, domain, hosting for 2 years, and copyrights for all. I have received 2 cost increases after initial payment, and now after 10 months of requesting copyrights, I am being held hostage by the company no providing full permissions to the website they created and a lot of promises which they will do once they received addition funds. I am done with this company and I do not recommend it for anyone at all.

The good reviews are fake! The company will scam you out of your money. I retained this company for a registered trademark, never received it. They charged me 750 for services they could not render. Jasper is out to scam you! Do not do business with this company! I have warned you!
Please call the FTC
Attorney General in California and Washington
And file a police report in your city.

SCAMMERS BASED IN INDIA!!
and they said they were in California. My so-called "website" took forever to make, lost sales, and had to yell at these guys because they're promised a date and it happened 1 month later!! at that point I had invested money in them, then I found out they have a no money back contract in fine print!! Then the website which was for a car dealer contained pictures of a car only India has!! they used words like "petrol" everything was illogical and with grammatical and word errors all of the time !! and they wanted me to correct it for them!! the damned nerve!! I just stopped calling them to avoid the aggravation!! The menus were awful, my instructions were utterly ignored!! I had a guy posting on my Facebook business page, that is how they got me to wait, and then again the pictures and copyright of every post were wrong!! in fact it ruined my sales after leading my customers to my page!! let's form a group to stop them!!

if you see a good rating just know that the company generated the rating. They are trash and unreliable. Stay away from them even if they offered you free service.

This is a absolutely terrible company. They actually try to scam you. Make you a copied website claiming that it’s completely original and charges you $3k for it. Please save yourself the time money and headache. Plus all of their 5 star reviews are fake

***Update: The BBB contacted me to advise that Design Vocals never answered their inquiry regarding my concerns. I'm just looking for a resolution. This is not how you treat a customer or the BBB. ****

I am disappointed with this company. I hired them since May 2020 and I have not received my logo trademark yet. They don't tell you all of the up front costs for the logo process. I paid my fees Spring/Summer 2020 and to date no trademark. I should of had it in November 2020 and here it is early 2021 and still nothing. I have left numerous messages and to date, no return communique about the status. Unfortunately, I placed a complaint with the BBB to assist in resolving this issue.

I have never complained about a company before, but I felt compelled after my experience with Design Vocals, because of their false claims, and deceptive practices. I hired this company to create a website for my small business, and I was told this company had won various awards and had been the designers for other notable makeup companies. I found out that was a lie. They have never designed such pages. I paid this company more than 2,800 dollars. We had an agreed upon deadline. They didn’t create the website for me by that time. The person in charge of my website, whose name I originally included but has since continued to try and get my review taken down by flagging it for using his name, has subsequently avoided my phone calls and my messages. The day my website was supposed to launch, I found that they had made none of the finishing touches I had asked for. They had made a transaction for 1,000 dollars so they would host and maintain a website that they never actually completed for me. The day I made the transaction I had just gotten out of surgery two days prior, and the individual was aware. He made the transaction anyways and one week later, ignored my attempts at contacting him. I called and asked for my money back, they lied to me and said that their customer service associate was out sick, on vacation, stepped out for a moment, was in a meeting, etc. Not only was I stolen from, I was yelled at over the phone, I was laughed at, and was hung up on. The only time he contacted me was after he heard I was trying to dispute the charges because I sincerely believe this company is a fraud. He threatened me by saying it would be “bad for both of us.” The managers lied and told me I could not get my money back because I was not the card holder, but in fact I was. The website did not live up to its fraudulent advertising and was not finished. This company does not have the repute it claims to have, and if I had done further research, I would have seen that they have left a trail of unhappy customers with unfinished projects. Please look into their business. I was scammed.

A big shout out to the design vocals team for completing my website on time.The entire process from signing up to getting the final files was were very pleasing.the best thing for the entire journey was that I was able to see real-time project success. being in contact with account management team all the time made it possible to make minor changes without any delay.
At first, I was doubted that I could get so much for so less money but I was amazed to see how well the entire customer branding strategies are made by them.I did not really like the first website design and requested for some changes in the layout. I thought I was being scammed as it turned out, it was not how it seemed in the first place. They behaved in a very polite manner and answered to all my queries on time. I didn't have such experience in the past. I started to believe they are going to take away my money without delivering anything. I was wrong. completely wrong. they didn't ask for anything at first and made me realise that I would be happy customer in the end. I'm glad they fulfill their commitment .

As a business owner who was new to digital marketing and e commerce I was sure I will not be able to make the big bucks in the US market. I tried and tested a lot of different firms claiming to be the best digital marketers in the US. However none of them were able to deliver what they promised. At first, I was very skeptic to let the Design Vocals team manage my e commerce website. Everything seemed to look shady at first. Probably this was because my past experiences with similar firms had gone downhill. I have been scammed in the past by different companies operated by Asians I think (I don't want to sound racist here bu the way they sounded made me feel like this) claiming to have an office here in my home town, Boston. Thanks to my past experiences, I was all prepared to tackle any false claims or scams. I took my time, took a look at all the packages offer by the Design Vocals team and then signed up to know more about these people.
At first, when I received a welcome call from Scott Cohen, I was very rude with the guy. Hey Cohen, no hard feelings brother! My perceptions about you and your team have changed completely. You people are the best, you helped me in every way and form to establish my e commerce business.
I will take this opportunity to praise the excellent customer service provided by Mark Hunt. He was very precise and detail-oriented. We regularly discussed the project progress and the important things required to keep the pace going. From excellent website designing to payment integration I got it all! These people me learn about the process of e commerce website design. They provided clear details about every step of the process.
Nothing was placed in a rush on my website. Mark told me how effective it is to plan first and then execute your business ideas. One of the best thing I loved about Mark Hunt was his enthusiasm to help me with establishing brand trust. He educated me about SEO, website content, product descriptions, user navigation, and much more!!!
To top it all, the services I received against my money I paid was money well spent. My website is live now. I have observed a significant increase in the returns I am enjoying now.
Cohen and Hunt are the stars. If you want to work with this team I definitely recommend you working with these two. They hep you get through and understand the entire process of website development.

I have just read the reviews here, and the negative reviews are consistent with the experience I had. This company does appear to be a Scam. They are selling WordPress templates and pass them off as "Custom". They do the minimum amount of work, all the while, up-selling, and using confusing language to get you to pay more for something you think you need to do. Mark Hunt is impatient and rude. Jasper was way better. Every person I spoke to are Indian, and communication was difficult. The content on my web-site had mis-spellings and bad grammar, even though I paid extra for "content-writing". There was no attention paid to the content or quality control. I was doing all of that, and the changes made were like pulling teeth. It took MONTHS to complete a simple web-site. But the worst was saved for last. They have not given me a working URL address for me to log-in to the administrative site. Mark pushed me to pay them more $ for maintenance after it launched, which is the last thing I want. I found a local web-designer at a better rate, with a nicer attitude, but Design Vocals has blocked access into the web-site I paid $1,200 for, as well as insisting I needed a dedicated server, (another $500), which this local designer tells me I do not. The web-site is small enough to not require a dedicated server. Who knows if that's even what it's on. Also, I originally believed this company to be in Alexandria, VA when I first signed on, but then it appears to be in Irvine, CA. Honestly, I think it may be coming out of Pakistan. It feels like a Scam.

James Anderson delivered on what was asked for and so much more. Everything that I wanted in my logo was there and I couldn't be more happy.

Very easy to work with and came up great designs! Any changes we needed done, he was able to get done quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a logo design.

I had an amazing experience with Design Vocals and received a beautiful logo. James Anderson acted as my Project Manager and was extremely pleasant and helpful. James made the process seamless and gave me updates throughout. When I come back for more design help, I will definitely be requesting to work with James again.

Still to this day I have not received a logo no have I received my refund..... oh yeah no phone call or response calls either
