Payment Denied Using Non-Existent Trade Data – Very Concerning Experience
I am sharing my personal experience with FundYourFX to warn other traders and seek transparency.
- Account: 938735
- Payout amount: $656 → Denied
My payout request was rejected based on an alleged “trade copying” violation. However, the most serious issue is that the trade history they used as evidence does not exist in my actual account.
Here is what happened:
- I provided my full and verified trading history directly from my account
- I carefully reviewed all trades and confirmed that no such suspicious trades exist
- The data presented by their risk team does not match my account records
Despite multiple attempts to contact their support and risk department:
- I received no clear explanation
- No verifiable proof (trade IDs, timestamps, matching account data) was provided
- My payout remains denied without transparent justification
Using unverifiable or mismatched data to deny a trader’s payout is extremely concerning and raises serious questions about fairness and transparency.
I am fully open to cooperation if there is a legitimate issue, but I expect:
- Clear evidence
- Accurate data matching my account
- Professional communication
At this point, I strongly advise other traders to be cautious and to carefully document all trading activity when dealing with this firm.
This review is based entirely on my personal experience and the data I have available. I hope FundYourFX will address this issue transparently.
