Good product, but takes a while to arrive
I did end up receiving my item after many delays, the keycaps them self are very good quality but i do think they could have maybe included a few extra keys for the iso layout, except for that i am very happy with my product

Thank you for taking out the time to provide us feedback. Regarding your order, the package was handed off to the carrier and tracking scans were made along the transit of the first package. Unfortunately, the carrier may have lost the package during transit, therefore resulting in no further activity. From a business standpoint, our responsibility is to ensure your package is handed off to the carrier in a timely manner. After this, the carrier is responsible for any damaged/lost/stolen instances with your package. We did process another claim reshipment at the time of notice and that package is on the way. I believe that this 1-star review is provided unfairly as it pertains specifically to the shipping carrier and not our product. We strive to provide the best customer service possible, and I am here to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Great wave deskpad for a friend
Got a great wave deskpad for a friend, too about a week to get to me. Customer service was s-tier, ceo is a great guy. My friend got it and was ecstatic, said it felt super soft and nice, art was vivid and detailed.

Great customer support and product
Great customer support, They were very responsive to the questions I have with my custom desk pad. Even helped me adjust the background color to better fit my design. Lastly, the product is awesome! great quality and I will be buying again so I can have a rotation of pads!

Custom Deskpad
I wanted to order a custom deskpad but couldn't get the image I wanted to use right. I reached out to the Deskr support email and Saif got back to me immediately. He asked me to send over the image I had and then he changed the colors to exactly what I was looking for and sent the image back for me to use. The deskpad came out exactly as I was hoping and looks great on my desk! This was my first custom deskpad from them and I think my 5th or 6th one in general. These are the best quality despads I have come across and I would recommend them 10/10 times.

The Review That Matters
As a person who purchased many kinds of mats. Playmats (for CCG), Full Table Mats (for CCG tournaments), and Desk mats over the years. It literally took me 5 seconds to feel the difference in the quality of the stitching, the printed graphics, and the thickness of the mats offered at Deskr.
When you see the #1 Desk mats on their site that's not a claim, it's a fact. These mats make the perfect gift because just about anyone can use them and they look absolutely stunning.
They are easy to wash and more importantly long lasting. The stitching holds up even after washing but more importantly the beautiful, vibrant printed graphics do not fade when properly cared for.
I am honestly shocked not only at the quality of the mats but also the price. They are priced about the same as any other mat you can find online and for the quality and longevity that comes with Deskr's mats its honestly a no brainer.

It started about a month ago when they decided to make xxl pads, but they never had orange ones. I emailed them and I got a reply back saying they did. I bought one on the spot. What I’m getting at is they responded back (which they didn’t have to) and because of that I bought one. Awesome people working there. And of course the pad is high quality
