While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

The calendar that doesn’t work!

Hundreds of pounds for a subscription for a calendar that doesn’t even work. You sync it and then 95% of the time it decides to go blank and hide your entire diary. Meaning you have absolutely no idea what to do because your work schedule has vanished, until of course it randomly re appears. I’ve spoken with multiple operating agents and so far they have been absolutely useless. I am still waiting for messages back. Don’t waste your money.

scammy behavior

Dark pattern sign-up and then refusal to refund 52 euros. I never used it and they know it. Honorable companies do not behave that way. Pro tips to gain a good reputation if you are in a subscription biz:

-Do not require credit card for trial (best option)
- send out a warning when trial period is about to end
- grant refunds beyond the trial period if it is clear the payer did not use the service.

Don't be jerks.

Shameful cancellation/refund policy of this company…

I just noticed a credit card charge $27/YR HTTPSWWW ANY CA ; category: Digital Goods- Software Apps Excld Games. The credit card company told me it was a recurring "wallet" payment and they had no information on what it was for or details of how it was incurred. I finally figured out it was for Any.do premium account. I logged on, cancelled it, and was surprised to learn NO REFUNDS if cancelled more than 48 hours (I think) after the charge went through. I believe this reflects badly on the integrity of this company, especially since I didn't use it this past year. I was an early user and never found it fully suited to my needs. This is the only way I know to communicate with them.
