After a lot of research I thought the Sit Pro would be a better option than a random chair with a random brand, even though it was more expensive.
The chair feels well built for its price.
My order was delayed and a few problems raised, but customer service really got involved in my case and did everything they could to find a solution.

The arm rests are too high to be able to put your chair underneath your desk. You can pull up the back, but getting it back down is impossible. I’m 1,65m and my feet couldn’t touch the ground when sat on the lowest possible option. The headrest is impossible to take out after it’s been installed.

Unable to facilitate a simple returns request as their prescribed returns label is not accepted by most service points which their customer service agents seem incapable or unwilling to understand. Still waiting for the issue to be resolved after much time wasting.

Bought two HomePro models: 200cm (white/black) and 160cm (blue/pink)

Pros

Exceptional build quality – The components are top-notch. The desk and metal frame are very heavy and solid; this setup won’t warp anytime soon. I have a heavy PC (including an RTX 5090), large bookshelf speakers, and a 32-inch monitor on the desk with no issues.

Flawless finish – The tabletop has beautifully rounded edges, and you can’t see where the laminate meets the edging. Even the powder coating on the legs is perfectly done, showing real attention to detail.

Smooth motor performance – The motor operates efficiently and smoothly. It’s NOT whisper-quiet, but the noise is minimal and not at all annoying.

Outstanding load capacity – It’s rare to find a 200cm standing desk with a 160kg capacity.

Fast shipping – Delivery was quick and straightforward.

Excellent packaging – Everything was well-protected and arrived in perfect condition.

High-quality hardware – The screws and fittings are strong and well-made.

Great value – The price feels like a bargain compared to other brands with similar specs.

Thoughtful design touches – The built-in USB-C and USB-A ports are very convenient.

Impressive control panel – The controller looks and feels premium, much better than competitors.

Beautiful color options – The pink legs paired with the blue top look absolutely exquisite.

Cons

It would be great if there were pre-drilled holes for the optional desk drawer and cable management trays. Even if you don’t buy these accessories, extra holes wouldn’t be an issue aesthetically.

Delivery experience varied – For the first (200cm) desk, the delivery partner brought it up to my apartment. For the second (160cm) desk, they refused to help, and I ended up hurting myself trying to carry it to the elevator. It’s a very heavy desk, so assistance should be standard.

Overall

Despite these minor gripes, this is a 10/10 product. The quality, performance, and value are exceptional. Honestly, I don’t understand why anyone would choose something more expensive (looking at you, Steelcase).

The desk is gorgeous - I opted for the more premium oak top and I’m glad I did the quality is very good.

Mechanism is very smooth and the larger size fits my needs. The desk is very sturdy.

Had a small hiccup with delivery but that was on the courier not Desktronic who have been very helpful.

Upon installation of the desk SKU_3 from the order last weekend, the power unit (big black box) instantly made a bang sound and the house fuse was killed. It does not work at all unfortunately.
I asked for replacement part and they never replied to me.

After the DHL sent my delivery at first to the wrong destination (25 km away) on the 20th of August, the company DeskTronic did an excellent job to support me. I had only to do one phone call and sent a message and everything were sorted out by them and after a few days I had got the package on the 23rd of August.

Delivery had a bit delay, but customer service reacted very well and quick. The desks are high quality and very easy to assemble. We ordered two of them and we are very happy with them. I would order some again if needed.

The company did not manage to dispatch my order within 11 days. When contacting support after 3-4 days, changing to express-delivery was not possible because "the delivery was basically already underway". Cancelled the order after 11 days and bought a desk elsewhere.

Most of my numerous conversations with support were pleasurable though, was offered a little discount as compensation.

Ordered a 160x80 standing desk for my partner in what I thought was walnut. It arrived in next couple of days - so nice and quick - but was both oak and damaged. Now I think the oak was actually my fault, but when I contacted about the damage they dispatched a new desk top straight away in the walnut. Really delighted with the customer service from Erika. No hassle. No fuss. Really quick responses and most importantly it’s a great desk.

The product is perfect for my use as a content creator and my color grading work. The service though… there is no mail service to follow your package and when I wanted to cancel one of my orders they told me it’s already on the way. That was more then a week ago.

My desk was delivered in good time. It assembled very easily and is very solid and looks good in my office.

I love my new desk, I like how the corners of the desk are designed and how I can adjust it. I am still getting familiar with the Touch device I need to admit is not my favorite but in general good for the money and I hope it lasts a long time.

I don't speak very good German, but I will say the Desktronic HomePro desk with drawer accessory is sehr gut and one of the single best purchases I have ever made!
It was easy and simple to install. It took a bit longer to do as I was doing this alone. I had a automatic drill and which helped get the cable tidy to be positioned accurately. I have also added a 'computer carry' to the desk so there is less clutter around the table.

The simple and automated movement of the desk to standing or sitting height is very smooth and easy. It even charges my electronic devices with the USB-C and USB-A ports included on either side of the control panel. Brilliant! Sorry I did not review this sooner as I highly recommend it to everyone that works at a desk - think Desktronic!!

Looked for many options, after a recommendation from a friend. Bought it, and it is amazing. Delivery within few days. Easy building with video explanation + solid + comfortable.
