The desk is relatively easy to put together. One of the parts had a manufacturing issue and they sent us a replacement. It took a little over week to arrive but they did help us over the phone. It can happen, but they handled it nicely.

Unreliable wrt delivery/ orders after payment
Ok = arranging delivery and pickup.
Unsatisfying: Promised backorder from begin January is still not delivered. Originally it was out for delivery three weeks ago and has been cancelled on day of delivery unexpectedly. Customer service provides different answers and does not provide any useful updates. Its promised to call back the next day but that is never done and same goes for requests to provide at least update per email. If by tomorrow the desk is not available for delivery we’ll cancel our order as company dies not hold up to the promise.
In advance many thanks for yr attention to that complaint.

My experience with two desks
Bought two desks (140 and 160) and they are sturdy, not wobbly. I have mounted the monitor arm on one of the desks, seems ok, but I have yet to attach the screen. Satisfied with customer service as they agreed to apply the discount code (I think it was a winter deal) that I had forgotten to add to my order.
