Because of bookseller's mistake (wrong customs declaration) I had to pay a EUR 45 fine for a book that costs EUR 15. The bookseller refused to acknowledge any mistake and provide reimbursement, then stopped responding to e-mails.
I once ordered and everything went alright. Second time I waited for 1 month and received no notification even though my order should have been delivered in 2 weeks the latest. I had to call them many time to finally find the customer service number (not in internet) and then they told me that actually only then they contacted the provider and they said they will deliver my book to them "maybe" in 2 weeks so that they could not tell me when will I received. Terrible experience.
