Cancelled my flight on July 14, 2020. They confirmed a full refund. Still waiting for it. And no one answers emails, the call center, twitter, etc. Don't use their service.

It is so easy to make a reservaron, and you can find always a good price. Other web pages seem to have a better price, but they always give the price before taxes. In Despegar you find the final price, all you have to pay, NO surprises.

Very good experience. Although their response to enquiries is very good it is starting to lack a simple way to talk to someone which is very important. I hope they do not miss that asset. Person to person interaction should be available at any time.

Good prices and smoth buying process
The only problem that we had is that our first try was not approved by the bank and we could not finish that purchase despite the message that we received said we could do it through a link. If a purchase got rejected and you won't be able to further process it, then Despegar should not make us spend more time trying it.
