Stay away!!!!
Stay away! They took 2!!! weeks to answer my first email that the game never arrived. I then waited and they ignored me again! I had to open a case with PayPal and that was the only way to get my money back! Zero customer support. I had to wait weeks to get back my money and no game. And they also have the audacity to scold me for this review! You could've just written me this in an email and I would have waited back then! So don't paint me being the one here who is unfair. Shame!

Good afternoon Paul. When we receive a negative review we want to take the time to reply and if appropriate we use the feedback provided to improve our services in the future. Unfortunately we feel we can't do so here because the situation is not at all as described above. We can confirm that our service is not perfect and that we are human, but you placed your order on the 26th of July and we shipped the package containing Forgotten Waters and a promo item on time the day after. We packed the contents in protective bubble wrap, sturdy packaging and you received a tracking code and all the usual but sadly the delivery by our courier Post NL didn't go as expected.
Going by their feedback it was a matter of unsuccesful delivery attempts for various reasons and the package was ultimately returned to us after spending an unfortunate amount of time in transit. We did everything we could to get the package delivered but despite our best efforts our courier couldn't make it work. Of course if a customer doesn't receive the game(s) that were ordered we either send a new package or provide a full refund.
The problem is that we couldn't follow up since you opened a Paypal claim rather fast and froze the transaction while the package was still on its way. It definitely did not take 3 months for you get your money back (your order is from 26/07 and your review is from a month later). In any case we apologize again for the inconvenience caused.
