From start to finish DES was very informative and helpful and I who'd definitely recommend them.

DES were professional throughout. The pre-sale experience recognised my needs and the installation was prompt and efficient. My only gripe was 11 panels rather than 12 but compensation was on the table. All in all, a very gentle way of spending £12K. A pleasant experience.

Kept informed at every stage on planning through to installation - everything ran on time and any problems were over come with professionalism.

Even small issues like a breaker switch that kept tripping was replaced within 24 hours no problems or need to chase - would use again and highly recommend

Really, really, really impressed with DES right from the start. I made an appointment with Oliver who came out to visit me and discuss in detail the benefits of solar panels for my home. He shared with me projected costs and savings for my property going forward using my previous energy data. He explained the installation process clearly and, once I'd signed up, it was exactly as he described. I have to say every employee and representative of the company has been first rate.
Oliver visited again after the installation and went through everything I needed to know in terms of exporting energy to the grid and tariff options.
I'd have no hesitation in recommending DES Renewable Energy to anyone considering the installation of solar panels.

Right from the initial contact all the personnel we have dealt with have been unfailingly polite and helpful.
The roofers and electrician who fitted the panels and battery were very competent and willing to answer questions. The after fitting support has been excellent. In the short time since installation we are seeing our electricity usage at about half the previous figures which is as expected.

Professional and reliable

Very pleased with our solar panels.We are now saving heaps….especially with this wonderful sunny weather.Even on cloudy days the panels still pump in the energy.The panels were installed very quickly ….the only problem being the scaffolding….that was left up for a month ….this seems to me a bit of bad timing!But on the whole we are very happy 😊 with it all.

We bought a house in Weymouth with a view to completely remodelling it. As part of that process we decided to have solar panels installed. From the word go DES were great. They explained all of our options to us and, once we decided what we wanted, everything that was going to happen was made very clear to us. We finished up with solar panels and a storage battery. They fitted the installation in around what was happening with our builders and changed the schedule where necessary when there were the inevitable delays with the builders on a project of this size. Now we have moved in we like the fact that we are doing something good for the environment and very much appreciate the money we are saving on our bills. For a lot of the summer we are not only not buying any electricity but we are actually making a small amount by selling any excess we generate back to the energy providers. The aftersales service from DES has also been great. Any issues or queries we have had have been dealt with quickly and totally to our satisfaction including coming to retrofit dongles to make it possible for us to track our usage on my mobile phone. I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to install solar power.
