Too bad there is not a zero star …

Too bad there is not a zero star option. I emailed them and they never bothered to reply. Ordered two flower girl dresses and store ordered the sash in wrong color. When they told Dessy they said "No Problem" we will replace the sash! WRONG ANSWER. The sash is SEWN INTO THE DRESS. They sent out 6 yards of ribbon to each girl. When we called to tell the store that the ribbon was useless Dessy REFUSED to replace the dresses with the correct sash even though we are still four weeks out to the wedding. Said there wasn't time. THEY should have told the store that replacing just the sash wasn't going to work and now THEY claim there isn't tim to replace (of course they could if they want to). Store said not to blame Dessy but they KNEW that was no fix. How can you be in the bridal business and care so little about brides being happy with what they get. Wish I had seen all these negative reviews in advance. Now we are stuck with something we didn't want and it is beyond unacceptable. Funny how they can rush orders but can't fix mistakes.

I have responded to your inquiry placed through our site. As i stated in the previous response, we have been in contact with Brideside to try and help them rectify their mistake. We did not send ribbon as a 'fix' as we do not have any order in our system for ribbon. We will reach out to your retailer again to try and work with them on a solution.

Not the dress I ordered

Completely different dress than what I ordered and terrible quality. Sizing was wayyyyyy off. I emailed them to let them know I wanted a refund and was told that they don't refund the special line of dresses. Such a scam. Be so careful before ordering from these con artists.

Dressy saved our wedding

Dressy was great. Rebecca C was very attentive and went above and beyond to get the dresses ordered and ready in a very short timeframe. Truly blessed to have had Rebecca and Dessy.

Not impressed

I was not impressed or happy with the dress. The zipper continues to snag on the fabric in the same place. I'm going to have to take it to tailor to see if they can fix this problem as I'm afraid it will eventually rip the fabric.

Not a customer focused company

Dresses take forever to ship. Do not accept exchanges which is baffling for an online company where you can't even try on the dresses.
I had a dress that did not fit so I had to reorder it again therefore paying double and waiting another 9-10 weeks.
Bad customer service. Customer support reps don't reply

Beautiful 👗

Beautiful dress. Fits well though will need hemming. Never ordered dresses online before and was worried I'd get the wrong size since everything I tried in stores the size varied with the style. I'm very pleased

I didn't get a shipping email notifying …

I didn't get a shipping email notifying me that my dress had shipped. I was out of town and my $250 dress sat outside my house for probably 2 or 3 days. Thankfully it was not stolen but easily could have been. If I had known it was arriving I would have had someone stop by to take it inside. When you are paying this ridiculous amount for a dress you should AT LEAST expect communication on shipment and arrival date, but none of that occurred. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This was terribly made dress

This was terribly made dress and I can't believe I spent $250 on it and it is non-returnable. Now I have to buy another dress for the same wedding.

Package was addressed inappropriately …

Package was addressed inappropriately and I still have not received it. I contacted customer service and was not contacted for follow up, no corrections have been made.

do not order Lux Chiffon fabric

Ordered a bridesmaid dress with lux chiffon fabric. Although it fit fairly well and looked great - the fabric was terrible! It left oil stains very easily just from touching it!!!!! By the end of the night there were countless spots. It made me subconscious all night because it made me look like a slob! Plus when we teared up the dance floor I sweat though the dress which also left oil marks. All the other bridesmaids ordered the same fabric and the same thing occured. Moral of this story - do not order lux chiffon. Spent way too much money to feel like crap all night!

Horrible quality, size, and customer service

Brides, please do not use Dessy! I'm a bridesmaid and the bride chose Dessy custom dresses for us and had us order online. Several of the bridesmaids' dresses came in several sizes too big (even though they are "custom order" and you submit measurements when ordering). Mine came in about 4-5 sizes too big and was literally falling off of me. I even had measurements made by a professional and spoke with a Dessy representative to confirm my size prior to ordering. I've spent well over $100 in alterations to try to get it to fit at all. Dessy refuses to return or exchange custom dresses, and when I told them what I had to spend in alterations to fix the dress, their response was that they couldn't help me at all because the dress had been altered. What else was I supposed to do? I couldn't return it, exchange it, and I definitely couldn't wear it unaltered. Also the dress itself feels extremely cheap and low quality.
This was a very disappointing experience and it was unexpected. I was in a wedding just a few months ago and the bride got Dessy bridesmaid dresses through a bridal salon. That Dessy dress only needed minor alterations and was much better quality.

Quality does not match price

I would not recommend Dessy for bridesmaid dresses. As a bridesmaid I ordered a dress from Dessy. The dress was not inexpensive, but you would not know it from the quality I received. This was consistent with all of the bridesmaids. First, it took more than 10 weeks to receive the dress. At first, this did not bother me as that it typical with some bridesmaid dress manufacturers. Upon receiving the dress and further contemplation, this time frame did not make sense. I ordered a generic size 6, not custom measurements, and the dress is very low quality. For the price I paid, the dress was not worth it. The dress help up fine, but the material felt cheap. Finally, the dress I purchased was a light blush color. For some unknown reason, the manufacturer included white cups in the top that could be seen from the outside due to the shear nature of the outermost layer of fabric. The cups were easily removed, but I do not know why they would have even been included in the first place given how easily the cups could be seen from the outside.

Poor customer service

Think twice if you want excellent customer service. I paid rush delivery and the dress arrived sewn incorrectly. It was as if Dessy had sewn a label into the bust of the dress, which resulted in a square looking bosom. When I contacted them, they offered to repair the dress - not even send a new one. I'm extremely disappointed that I paid full price for a repaired dress.. Not to mention that I had to send it back with the wedding less than a month away. When I tried to ask for a new dress or discount from the original rate, they ignored the request several times. Will recommend to future brides not to use.
