My surgeon was Dr Ring and iam so pleased with my results and would do it all again.
From Day 1 the level of care i recieved was 5 star,from the start to finish.

I had cosmetic facial surgery on 22nd May 26 at the Destination Beauty Clinic My surgery was performed by Dr NJ. He advised me to have a mid face and neck lift, a neck lift, a sub brow lift and fat transplant to obtain an all round more youthful appearance. I am really happy with the results so far. I am currently 13 weeks postoperative and the scars have healed beautifully. I was really happy with everything at Destination Beauty Clinic . The nurses care is second to none.

Dr Rich from did my face and neck lift with upper and lower blepharo plasty 5 year ago. No issues were noted and i was impressed with the professionalism that the team offered.
Sensing that I needed further minor corrections that comes with age, Dr NG provided a good revision. This time the recovery was much faster due to a shorter list of interventions. I could not fault the team for their attention and care during that process.
Before returning home , Sister AOM provided the best experience with providing Botox with the upmost professionalism and technical skills I've encounter so far.

I am still awaiting your response. If you believe the story involving 60 Minutes is over, I can assure you that it is not.

I find it deeply concerning that a company would continue to ignore the experiences of patients who have suffered life-changing injuries. Numerous women have come forward with similar accounts, yet rather than addressing these concerns openly and transparently, it appears there has been an effort to dismiss, minimise, or silence those affected..

Destination Beauty promotes itself as providing the highest standard of surgical care. However, when complications occur, patients deserve honesty, accountability, and support—not a lack of communication and unanswered questions. The ongoing failure to address these matters has only added to the distress experienced by many former patients.

As a result of my surgery, I am now facing a second corrective operation in Australia this September 2026 to raise my right eyebrow and improve facial symmetry. Unfortunately, the nerve damage I sustained is permanent and cannot be repaired. Years later, I still have no movement in my forehead, and significant areas of my face remain numb.

The impact this has had on my life cannot be overstated. Beyond the physical injuries, it has affected my mental health, confidence, wellbeing, and quality of life. Living with the consequences of these complications every day has been incredibly challenging.

I am asking once again for a response and for Destination Beauty to acknowledge the harm that has been caused. Patients are not numbers on a file. We are people whose lives have been permanently altered, and we deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.

From beginning to end my experience with Destination Beauty has been amazing. My surgery was performed by Dr K who along with the nurses were just amazing. Every step of the way I was provided with information regarding my surgery and any questions addressed immediately. The after care was amazing, the nurses checked on me every 2 hours and the surgeon checked on me daily. Even the hotel was amazing. There is a clinic on site for any concerns along with a messenger service should you have any questions. I would highly recommend

I had surgery by Dr Angkana at Destination Beauty and I couldn’t be more happier. She turned my melted candle body into a thing of beauty! Her fine line stitch work is out of this world amazing. I am a returning client of Destination Beauty, and I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough. In 2024, at 26 years old and weighing 179kg, I travelled to Thailand for weight-loss surgery after years of trying diets, naturopathy, gyms and other methods without success. The experience had taken a huge toll on my mental health. After extensive research, I chose Destination Beauty based on their reviews, results, cost-effectiveness and the personal support I received from my representative, Pim.

From start to finish, the process was extraordinary. Airport, hotel and hospital transfers were organised and communicated clearly, and I never felt like I was left wondering what to do or where to go. My support person was also included and well looked after. The pre-operative testing was extremely thorough, which gave me confidence that safety was a genuine priority. My weight-loss surgery was complication-free, and over the following two years I lost 77kg. It completely changed my life. I became happier and more confident, and my anxiety significantly improved. However, after losing so much weight I was left with significant loose skin and stubborn areas of fat, which affected both my physical activity and mental health.

Because of my positive first experience, I returned to Destination Beauty in July 2026 for extensive body-contouring surgery. I underwent a breast lift, side lift, arm lift, extended tummy tuck and mons lift, along with liposuction to three areas. My surgeon, Dr. K, took the time to explain why certain procedures were more appropriate for my body and what could realistically be achieved. The consultation involved my surgeon, a ward nurse and my DB representative. Although being examined so personally was understandably vulnerable, I actually found the experience reassuring because everyone involved in my care was informed and working together.

My experience at Samitivej Hospital was exceptional. I had a private room with everything I needed, daily cleaning and care, consistent monitoring and excellent communication. Most importantly, the nurses in Ward 11 were incredibly kind, encouraging and compassionate. During one of the most vulnerable periods of my life, I genuinely felt cared for. I will always be grateful to them. After discharge, Destination Beauty continued to support me with transfers, compression garments, recovery information and access to their onsite nurses at the hotel. Their handbook was incredibly helpful, and their patient gatherings and afternoon teas also provide a wonderful opportunity to meet others going through similar experiences.

I also stayed at Somerset Park Suanplu, a hotel partnered with Destination Beauty. The staff were fantastic, the suites were spacious and comfortable, and the location was incredibly convenient, with a 7-Eleven nearby. The hotel naturally becomes a little community of patients recovering from surgery, which I found comforting rather than unusual. DB also has an onsite clinic where patients can see nurses for dressing changes or concerns.

I want to emphasise that surgery is a major decision and my experience may not be identical to everyone else's. Research thoroughly, understand the risks and complications, choose a surgeon who suits your needs, take your recovery seriously, and manage your expectations. Surgery isn't a shortcut, and healing requires patience and commitment.

I went into my 2026 surgeries thinking, “Whatever changes are made will still be better than my current situation.” I didn't expect perfection. I wanted improvement. I'm still healing, dealing with scars, swelling, compression garments and aches, but already, I feel a huge positive difference.

For the first time in my 29 years, I can look in the mirror and imagine wearing clothes I once thought were completely impossible for me. After spending most of my life unhappy with my body, I finally feel genuine positivity towards myself. I could not have reached this point without Destination Beauty, Dr. Narong (WLS), Dr. K, the incredible nurses and staff of Ward 11, and the courage I had to take that first step.

I will be returning to Thailand in 2027 for further surgeries, which says more about my confidence in Destination Beauty and Samitivej than anything else could. If you're considering surgery and are researching Destination Beauty, my personal experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Had a good experience with destination beauty and am happy with my results , I am nearly six weeks post op and healing well . Hotel and staff were lovely , nurses were lovely , destination beauty organised everything very well and everything went smoothly, I had a question recently and they got back to me promptly with an answer . Take a support person with you would be my suggestion and don’t do multiple surgeries in a short time frame , I only did the deep lane face lift and chin tuck I originally booked and only added in bleph under eye. I went at my ideal weight and in good health . I recommend destination beauty and Dr J who did my surgery.

I thought I'd wait to review until I saw my GP/breast-care nurse back here in Australia to have remaining stitches removed. I would like to express the breast care nurse who has seen and dealt with a lot in her career commented on how amazed she was with the beautiful stitch job, and care taken to perfect my surgery - BA/BL. She told me to pass on to Dr Angkana (if possible) how absolutely amazing she did and would recommend her for other patients looking for this surgery or other cosmetic surgery as she can see the care taken and professionalism shining through. I am still healing and doing well. DR Angkana made time to also visit me a few times on the ward after my surgery and answered all my questions/concerns. Very dangerous place you will be mutilated.

I had such an amazing experience at DB. It was my first time having cosmetic surgery, it all went so smoothly. All the staff have been so lovely and helpful since the beginning of the journey. The location is beautiful and I had a fantastic holiday in Thailand throughout the process. Impeccable service from hotel staff, nurses, reception and specialist. I am especially happy with the results, I genuinely don’t think it could’ve been better. Dr K was fantastic, he was honest, helpful, attentive and genuine in addition to his expertise. Personally, I’d say excellent value for money. Overall, wonderful experience I’d highly recommend to anyone.

I had a tummy tuck and liposuction at Destination Beauty with Dr Angkana in May of 2026 and it changed my life for the better. I feel confident in my body and finally love what I see. The whole team were amazing, the hospital was incredible and clean and my stay was comfortable and easy. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were absolutely incredible, the doormen were so sweet and always said hello and wanted to help. They picked me up and dropped me off to everything and the staff were so attentive. I had the most incredible experience and something I will remember fondly.

Dr. Suprakit (Dr. Eddy) is an exceptionally skilled surgeon, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. From my very first consultation, he explained every step of the procedure clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made me feel completely confident in my decision.

His follow-up care was outstanding, and I always felt supported throughout my recovery. It’s obvious that he genuinely cares about his patients and takes great pride in his work. My results have exceeded my expectations, and I am so grateful for his expertise, professionalism, and kindness. I would highly recommend Dr. Eddy to anyone considering surgery.

Where do I start?
I had pre existing 400cc dual plane implants (done elsewhere 9years prior) that I wanted “ revising” because they sat too wide ( placement was weird) and were too big. Over the years my areolas had stretched out and I was very self conscious of this as they sometimes peeped out in low cut tops etc. I was very clear I wanted them made smaller than normal, ( because I know they’ll stretch as boobs drop) and prettier. I was VERY thorough in my requests and was told by my DB rep that the surgeon was very aware of what I wanted and is very experienced. He knew I wanted to go a whole size smaller and after seeing my pics/video suggested a “ revision including an areola reduction”.
I didn’t see the Dr until maybe an hour before my surgery ( which kept getting pushed back later and later into the evening!) where he told me I had two options. A or B, but B was the best option in his expert opinion. He said no to my request for 300cc implants and said 350cc would be better with the areolas being made smaller via a breast lift. There was no mention of B costing more, until I said “B please” and they whipped out an eftpos machine and tried charging me nz$3.5k more. As I had already paid prior to arriving , I thought what he was offering was simply different techniques to get the same outcome. Nope. I had to pay more! Well as you can imagine I was stressed out, in tears and confused because I didn’t have an extra $3.5 k available! Of course I wanted the best option ( in his expert opinion) so all I could do was negotiate on the price! They said ok we can do it for $2k and told me it was a huge favour, I should be very grateful and to keep it quiet!
Please note, this change also meant I had to stay in hospital an extra 2 nights and threw all my confirmed dentistry plans, return flights and plans out the window, costing me $3k more
( to change flights, lengthen my stay - take more leave, and find extra accomodation!
It wasn’t until midnight that I was wheeled down to pre op. The dr wasn't even in scrubs yet and as he walked past I asked “ I hope you’re not too tired for this” and he just laughed.
I was then taken into a pre surgical room where they secure your arms and betadine wash your chest. Here I became a bit worried as I noticed a few ladies ( in civilian clothes and crocs on) walk through pre op, texting on their phones ( so much for a clean and sterile environment!) Then, a lady who I hadn’t been introduced to simply leaned over me and said “ this is going to hurt!” . She pushed the anaesthetic into my line so hard, I went under in lots of pain thinking my arm was being cut off!
When I woke I had no compression gear on and a few days later noticed a weird flap of skin stitched into in my suture line. This was not my first rodeo, so I knew it wasn’t right. I pointed this out and had to argue my case to get the Dr to remove it under local. They then charged me $500 nzd for that!
Fast forward to when I got home. Once the swelling has gone down, I noticed the breast implants still sat VERY wide and I had animation deformity. I also had old areola skin stitched into the vertical lift scar making my new areola look like a tadpole! The more time went on, the more I realised the dr hadn’t revised my breast at all. He simply changed the size and took 10 grams of skin off each boob. There was no revision or re dissection of the dual plane, no tightening of the pocket. No actual revision! So now I have implants that sit too low, slide into my underarms, move oddly when I raise my arms and distort big time. So I still can’t wear low cut tops!!!!
I tried to write a review on here back in 2025 and it was removed. So then, I started looking negative stories and oddly couldn’t find anything.
This alarmed me, surely the public need to see both to make an informed choice?!
I tried to help other women by starting a private group on FB where patients could give their true accounts good or bad. Aftr that I was sent threatening letters saying I was defaming them and conspiring against them ( that’s another long story but should tell you something about them!)
I think I’ve emailed DB 2 x emails per month over the last year and never once had the Dr contact me personally or deal with my concerns. The customer experience manager told me he said they “ look beautiful” and maybe I should have gone over the muscle instead…
I can’t go over the muscle as I have very thin skin and little breast tissue. All Drs I’ve spoken to have said this.
So up until July 2026 I’ve been trying to get them to help me and I’ve just been strung along.
Then in July this year ( around the time DB realised they’d be featured on 60 minutes) I received an email saying another Dr could maybe do a revision- to basically do all the things that should have been done to start with!! I’m so sad. Their solution is for me to pay more to go back and have more surgery with a company I no longer trust. I want a refund!

Everything was so well organised, professional and personal. They were very thorough in pre-op checks both in Australia and Thailand. I felt very supported throughout the time I was there. Dr Ring addressed all my questions, was honest, and delivered a wonderful result. I was very happy with the whole experience and my results.

I cannot recommend Destination Beauty highly enough. This was my second visit to Bangkok for cosmetic surgery with them, and once again they exceeded every expectation.

Over my two visits I have had a neck lift, temporal lift, mid-face lift, under-eye surgery, and an endoscopic brow lift. Choosing to travel all the way to Thailand for my surgeries was a very big and emotional decision for me. I was excited, but I was also nervous and had so many questions along the way. Looking back now, I am incredibly grateful that I chose Destination Beauty.

My whole experience from beginning to end was so easy, going on my own I thought would be scary as I’ve never been to this country as well as going for surgery, The Destination Beauty team were all so lovely from being picked up at the airport to even back at the hotel, where a letter was placed under your door with appointment times for the shuttle bus, talking with other patients at the hotel and on the bus made you feel so supported, everyone is going through what you are. Dr Ring did an amazing job and all hospital staff were lovely, after one week home a booked another visit back to have another area done, so excited about this.
