5 stars 🌟 is not enough for the experience I had with Destination Beauty!!!
The moment I got of that plane at Thailand 🇹🇭 I was taken care off.
From transfer to and from hospital, airport and hotel.
The hospital was so clean and I loved the hospital food it was always fresh and hot.
The care I received from the nurses was truly amazing nothing I have experienced before in Australia. I was never in pain or uncomfortable not once.
The surgeon Dr. Eddy was truly amazing and so caring . I felt so safe .

Destination Beauty were phenomenal. From the original communication with a rep, through to the consult with my surgeon, the aftercare and the hotel stay. My rep, Neen, was extremely attentive and accommodating to my million questions and changes. Upon arrival at the DB clinic at the hospital all of the staff were welcoming and kind. In particular, Brey who was extremely caring and kept me smiling through my nervousness. Dr Weerachai was my surgeon and he was very easy to talk to and answered any and all questions I had. He visited many times during the hospital stay and again at the clinic after stitches were removed. I cannot fault my experience at all and am extremely happy with my results.

Destination Beauty is a well oiled machine, everything is thought of and taken care of. You can even add a surgery or take one away at your appointment with the Doctor. the level of English speaking was good, the hospital was great, the transfers were excellent except there was a hiccup with our final airport transfer, but these things can happen. I expected the hotel to be a bit nicer, but it was clean, well serviced, breakfast was good, bed was good etc. My husband and I got a room with two beds because you don't want to be disturbed in the bed after having major surgery so I would recommend that. I will use Destination Beauty again for my facelift in a few years time. Very happy with my results after 4 weeks.

I am super happy with my whole experience with Destination Beauty! From the initial consult with Yada, communication was quick, clear and informative. Dr Angkhana was super kind and knowledgeable. All the nurses were supportive, patient and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel staff were very kind. All my questions and concerns answered and everything was run very smoothly and professionally. I am super happy with my results so far and would highly recommend Destination Beauty to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.

I had a really positive experience with Destination beauty. June 6th 2026 to July 7th 2026.

I prebooked well over a year in advance, I had had a massive weightloss of over 77kg.

I was stable in my weight for over 6 months prior to surgery.

I chose Destination Beauty because they had the best options available for me, a longer stay in hospital and recovery hotel.

I was paired with my Rep Dayana who was amazing when it came to communication and was a wealth of knowledge. Most of all experienced and kind.

I was matched with Dr Jatuporn who is a board certified reconstructive plastic surgeon who specialises in body reconstruction after massive weight loss as well as other specialties.
He is also PICO dressing trained.
He has an amazing bedside manner, easy to speak with, clear and really knew his stuff, especially when it came to what would be best for my body and my needs.

Transfers from the Airport to the hotel, to the hospital, then hospital as needed then back to the airport was stress free and seamless.

Nipple relocation for one nipple and a nipple graft on the other due to my nipple not taking to the relocation.

I had my surgeries at the new hospital RJRH
The staff were very lovely although there was a language barrier at times, we were able to understand each other using in gestures and chat GPT.
The food was also very good at the hosptial.
Pain control was managed very well.

Dr Jatuporn was very attentive and when my nipple relocation was not taking the team and the Dr was very quick to act to save it.

The Nursing team were fantastic, for physical and emotional support.

I chose to travel with my husband and 8 year old daughter, so I booked a two bedroom apartment at the recovery hotel. While I was in hospital they stayed at the hotel and were transferred daily to visit me.

The hotel was clean and spacious, staff were more than helpful. Shout out to the Doorman Jet who formed a lovely bond with our family. He is a true asset to Somerset park.

The high tea were lovely events and a good way to meet others.

As I had an issue with one of my nipples healing I took advantage of the nurse visits to the hotel, it was Identified at my first visit more assistance was required so they had organised for daily transfers to the hospital for wound dressing and closer monitoring.

I have been home now 10 days and have been in communication daily with the service team who are helping me with the aftercare.

I can’t fault them. They have gone above and beyond to keep me healthy happy and emotionally stable.

I will be back, to get the excess skin on my legs addressed next.

My experience with Destination Beauty was next level efficiant with utmost care and so well organised for start to finish . From being picked up and trans ported to Hotel from airport , to all appointments being made and organised for me , transport to and from hospital , hotel was wonderful with the best breakfasts included , kind and freindly . Hospital with private room was resort style , nurses and doctors could not have given better care and efficiency giving all the nessesary tests to be sure I was safe for surgery , every thing was included in quote , no extra charges for hospital stay , I felt safe for my whole stay it was so easy I would reccomend Destination Beauty to anyone searching for thi kind of surgery .

The professional services I received, the care the nurses, staff , Dr Eddy was fantastic during the consultation, he briefed me and prepared me properly for surgery, the Somerset park hotel and there attentive service.

I am a 56-year-old woman from Perth, Western Australia, and I can honestly say choosing Destination Beauty has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

In fact, this wasn’t just one trip for me—it was two. My first visit was in June 2025 for a breast lift and implant replacement, and my experience was so positive that I returned in November 2025 for a full facelift, neck lift, endoscopic brow lift and fat transfer.

Before my first surgery, I spent countless hours researching clinics. Travelling overseas for cosmetic surgery is a huge decision, and naturally I was nervous. What ultimately made me choose Destination Beauty was my wonderful liaison, Ploy Nita. No matter how many questions I asked (and there were plenty!), she answered every single one with patience, kindness and absolutely no judgement. She never made me feel like I was asking too much, and her support gave me the confidence to finally take that leap.

My husband travelled with me on both trips, and I really appreciated that his accommodation was included in our package. Destination Beauty made him feel just as welcome as they did me. He was never treated as “just the person who came along”—everyone was kind, friendly and inclusive, which meant so much to both of us.

From the moment we arrived in Bangkok, everything was so well organised. The airport pickup was seamless, all of our transport was arranged, and we never once felt like we were navigating the experience alone.

The hotel staff also deserve a special mention. They welcomed us with such warmth and genuine care that by the time we left, they honestly felt like family. Being away from home for surgery could have felt lonely, but they made it feel like we had a support network around us every day.

Dr Ring and the entire nursing team were simply amazing. They were incredibly skilled, compassionate and professional, always taking the time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable. Throughout both of my surgeries, I always felt I was in safe hands.

Today, I couldn’t be happier with my results. My facelift looks natural—I still look like me, just fresher and more youthful. One of the best decisions I made was choosing the endoscopic brow lift, which has beautifully opened my eyes while still looking completely natural. The breast surgery also gave me exactly the outcome I had hoped for, and having two successful experiences with Destination Beauty has only strengthened my confidence in the team.

Recovery does take patience, and there are emotional ups and downs that come with any major surgery, but the ongoing care and communication from Destination Beauty never stopped. Knowing they were still there to answer questions long after surgery gave me enormous peace of mind.

If you’re sitting on the fence because you’re worried about travelling overseas, I completely understand because I felt exactly the same. My advice is to do your research, ask every question you can think of, and don’t be afraid to lean on the team. They genuinely care.

I would recommend Destination Beauty without hesitation, and the fact that I happily returned for a second major procedure says more than words ever could.

I had wanted a breast reduction for as long as I can remember. I was a GG-H and they were very heavy, so caused me a lot of back, neck and shoulder pain. Their size also prevented me from doing exercise and they made me feel very self-conscious.
I had Gastric Sleeve surgery two years ago and lost 40kg and was left with a lot of loose skin. My breasts became very saggy and I hated them. I had watched the Destination Beauty videos on Facebook for years and finally decided to make an online enquiry, just out of interest to see how much it would cost. They were very responsive and after submitting photos they came back to me within 24 hours with suggestions from the surgeon and a price. I was really impressed. There was no way I could afford the surgery in Australia, so I booked and took a leap of faith!
I found a support community of like-minded people like me when my husband and I arrived in Bangkok. We were collected from the airport, taken to the hotel and everything ran like clockwork.
The first morning at breakfast (all included) we arrived and were blown away with how friendly other people were and happy to share their experiences, tips and support.
I'm now 6 weeks post-op and back at work in Brisbane. I am so relieved that I had my surgery - I now have beautiful perky breasts and don't need a bra! Imagine that!
Needless to say I am so thankful to my surgeon, Dr Eddy. He was fantastic. The staff were lovely and I can't recommend them highly enough. So grateful 🙏

Destination beauty made the experience so much less stressful. They did all the hospital transfers and checked in on me to see how I was going. They were very supportive post operative with any questions I had. All the staff were absolutely lovely. Highly recommend destination beauty and would definitely use them again.

The biggest cosmetic surgery regret of my life

I travelled overseas to Thailand believing this clinic would deliver the results we had discussed in detail before I booked.

I chose Thailand as I usually go to turkey and have since relocated from England to Australia so it was more convenient.

Instead, I spent thousands of dollars on surgery that left me looking almost exactly the same in some areas and significantly worse in others.

Liposuction

The liposuction was a complete waste of money.

After surgery there was virtually no visible reduction in my waist or hips. I looked almost identical to how I looked before the operation. Friends and family couldn’t even tell I had undergone liposuction.

I was later told approximately 500 ml had been removed from each side, yet what I saw collected appeared to be a very small amount of fat mixed with blood and fluid. Having undergone liposuction several times previously, my recovery was completely different to every other procedure I had experienced. I was walking immediately afterwards with very little bruising or swelling, which left me questioning whether enough fat had actually been removed.

I paid for body contouring and received virtually no visible body contouring.

Breast surgery

This was even more disappointing.

Before travelling, I repeatedly requested large, high-profile implants because I wanted a full, round upper pole look with noticeable cleavage. This was discussed many times before I booked.

When I arrived, I discovered the implants I had requested had not been ordered.

Instead, I received implants that gave me a much flatter appearance. Although they were technically a larger volume, they did not produce the shape I had specifically asked for.

The result was breasts that looked wide and flat rather than full, round and lifted, and they bottomed out after surgery, making the outcome even more upsetting.

Aftercare

The aftercare was one of the worst parts of my experience.

After surgery, I was completely ignored. My concerns went unanswered until I eventually discovered that the clinic’s office was hidden behind a lift in the hotel. I went there in person because I couldn’t get anyone to properly respond to me.

Instead of focusing on my concerns and trying to help, I felt they were more interested in asking how I had found their office than addressing the problems I was experiencing.

I had one follow up which said I had to wait 6 months to see the results - what results I look worse than I did when I went in. Big flat ugly misplaced implants and 100ml of Lipo instead of the usual 1 litre plus I usually get every 8 years!

After returning home, I repeatedly requested copies of my own medical records. I completed the required forms and sent numerous emails, yet my requests were repeatedly ignored and my records were never provided.

This experience caused me enormous emotional distress. I trusted this clinic, travelled internationally, and spent a significant amount of money expecting experienced surgeons and professional aftercare.

Instead, I was left with:

* Virtually no visible improvement from the liposuction.
* Breast results that were nothing like what had been agreed.
* Implants that bottomed out.
* Poor communication before and after surgery.
* My concerns dismissed.
* Repeated refusals to provide my own medical records despite multiple formal requests. Still no records of what I have in my body and what was taken.

I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience. If you are considering surgery here, make sure every promise is documented in writing, insist on receiving copies of your medical records, and think very carefully before travelling overseas for treatment.

All of the staff at the clinic/hospital were absolutely amazing, and I had a great experience with everyone. One area where I think there could be some improvement, however, is spending a bit more time on proper garment fitting and educating patients about how the garment should feel, as well as when it should be loosened or replaced if it is either too tight or too loose.

Most patients are likely to trust the person fitting the garment to know what is best and may go along with a fit that feels too tight without questioning it. They also may not recognize when an ill-fitting garment is doing more harm than good.

I understand that the clinic is very busy and continues to grow rapidly, which is exactly why I think this is worth reviewing. Compression garments that are too tight or rub excessively can cause complications rather than aid recovery. In particular, excessive pressure or friction over surgical sites with stitches or sutures may contribute to suture migration to the surface, resulting in "spitting" sutures and unnecessary irritation or delayed healing.

Wound care appears to be very accessible and affordable in Thailand. However, that is often not the case in many of the country's patients travel from. In addition, most insurance companies will not cover medical treatment from complications arising from elective cosmetic procedures. Because of this, helping patients avoid preventable complications through proper garment fitting and education can make a significant difference to their recovery after they return home.

Other than garment fitting I would say that everything else was amazing at the practice, everyone was quite lovely to interact with and more than willing to help when you had questions or problems.

Destination Beauty exceeded my expectations. I had decided to use Destination Beauty as several friends had also had lovely experiences.
From the very first contact, arriving in Bangkok and being dropped to the airport to leave, the process was seamless.
This aided in reducing my anxiety and fears when traveling abroad for medical procedures.
The Hospital, cosmetic surgeon and medical team were outstanding! The aftercare hotel and access to nurses were such a wonderful piece of mind.

If anyone is considering a Surgical procedure in Thailand I would not hesitate to recommend Destination Beauty and their exemplary team.

There is not a chance that I could have received the level of care and professional services in NZ for the cost.
