I had issues with my Desygner account one time, and I need access to it every day to work on my online newspaper. Some functions were not working, and it took the technical team about a month to resolve the issues. They changed their image provider to Unsplash, from what I believe was Shutterstock, and very seldom could I find a suitable image for my newspaper. The first time I subscribed to Desygner, it cost me $40. They wanted $285.00 from me to resubscribe to their business. The resize option stopped working months ago, and based on my experience in dealing with their technical support team, I didn't want to have to send numerous screenshots and whatever else they wanted me to do. Poor image selection, resize not working, interface difficult to work with, compared to Canva, it's like day and night. I would not recommend Desygner to anyone looking for images or wanting to digitally design something. I gave Canva five stars. I give Desygner 1 star. There's a very big difference between the two companies. And I had the pro version of Desygner.

The app used was useful for my needs, but I only needed to make a quick template to upload to a stencil laser.

I quickly tried to unsubscribe from the free trial to not be charged and deleted my account.

The negative aspect of my experience, is that I was still charged the full annual subscription fee after the trial period ended and I didnt even have an account to log-in. I was very upset at the moment, but the support team responded on the same day and resolved the situation. I appreciate their help and kindness in getting back to me to resolve the problem.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service. Be cautious with the trial period — once it expires, they charge the full amount without any warning or notification. There’s absolutely no flexibility or understanding from their side. Considering the high cost, I expected a lot more. I cannot recommend this service due to the lack of transparency and poor handling of customer concerns. Too expensive for what they offer.

This is a 3rd party company, contracted to print brochures you can design yourself. They DO NOT send any information to you after an order is submitted, no confirmations, no tracking information, no updates. When you reach out to them, Only via email, (because if they actually had a phone number you could call it would never stop ringing with complaints)... they are rude and unhelpful. There refuse to issue refunds for products that never show up. They refuse to cancel orders, claiming they have already gone to print, 30 seconds after you submit an order.... this company is trash. DO NOT USE THEM.
