Mystery Solved
Needed parts to restore a vintage BMW, some controversy about the steering was confusing the ordering of a power steering pump. The steering designation was clearly stated on the Window sticker, problem solved, and fast. What I saved on the part, paid for the window sticker service. What's not to like?

The Customer Rep, Richard, was very helpful. I was hesitant at first because there are so many scams out there but he called me and convinced me to try DVH at a discounted first time rate. Just walk away and find someone else
Will not do their job right, will not refund either.
Paid for the window sticker for my BMW X5 after 7+ attempts, I still have the incorrect label and despite providing guidelines, it is still incorrect. I requested a refund and they ignored my request. Filed a dispute with PayPal and they managed to also get that denied.
Horrible company. Do not do business with them.

Subpar products
Complete scam of a company, ordered a window sticker for a Cadillac and what they cooked up was a generic sheet containing basic info that you can get for free on google. Not to mention that no options were even listed on the sheet, you know things that they should be able to find out with the vin number that you provide to them. Dont be fooled by the company responses to these reviews about reaching out to them so they can make it right. I have tried to work with them and ask for a refund, they refuse to and only keep insisting on what they can add to the sheet. They have different engines on the sheet when obviously it only has one. Plethora of errors on options list, this company are nothing but thieves who think its ok to take peoples hard earned money. Shame on them, and to answer the companies reply, no your not sorry and no you dont want me to reach out.
Edit: they gave me a refund after i told them i was writing a review on here. So theres that. Ill give em another star, maybe not so theivy only subpar products.
